I love this store, great designs, good quality , prices are amazing, always have sales, I like the fact that they have clothing for mature women and still is fashionable , customer service , beyond expectations !!!!!! you feel you are in an expensive boutique , I have been getting my clothes every season there since they changed the look of the store , I recommend ?

I feel tricked! When purchasing a dress online there was no mention of it being a final sale. When I tried returning the dress the lady over the counter
mentioned it was a final sale and that I cannot return. Been Ricky's customer for so long so I feel very upset that there was no mention of a final sale when purchasing online.
