Disappointing experience. Visited on November 11th at 5:12pm to pick up some items to find the store closed despite the website stating the store would be open until 6pm. Called their phone line and checked the used the automated options to confirm the store hours and they actually ask you to refer back to the website! What's the point of even offering the option to check opening hours then? Will not go back.

I bought a floor model fridge, had issues with the delivery, spoke with the salesman and the store manager. Both were so helpful and understanding. Anyone can make mistakes, few actually fix the problem as quickly and professionally as these folks, thank you.

I came to return a defective tool and they sent me back with a phone number to call the manufacturer. This store doe not take care of their clients. Next time I’ll go to home depot or Canadiantire

Sunny suggested I buy a file instead of an expensive tool I was going to use only once for a small project. I appreciated his help and suggestion. Worked out great.

Terrible experience buying paint today. Not busy at all. But no employees in sight. I went to check out and said they would call someone. Waited another 10 minutes before going back. I was then informed that the paint guy was cutting wood. The guy was even rude enough to say can’t you hear that. I can hear him cutting wood. If they had only informed me of that then I wouldn’t have bothered them. Such rude customer service. Waited another 15 minutes…nothing. I walked out pissed off. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

Very disappointed with this Rona location. I've tried many times try to buy some thing there. The unsuccessful rate is about 90%. Once, they still have one hour before closing time, but they wouldn't open the gate of lumber yard for me to go in. Another time, I couldn't find top rail at storage location, which still shows quite a few in stock. After I talked with three guys, they finally get me 3 from their backyard. And, they are all covered with bird poop and dirt! I didn't buy it, and go to Home Depot instead. They are shiny and clean! Last time, I bought some paint, the bucket are dropped before, and the labeling machine is not working, so, no label! My wife and me both have 0 star for them, very unprofessional!

This is my favorite local Rona because it's not very busy so there are usually staff available to help you navigate the labyrinthine interior of the store. One star removed because when I bought grass seed at full price, the package had been molested by mice and then surreptitiously repaired with tape. Management take note: Mice eaten products should be discounted.

I want to say thank you to Danielle, an employee very nice, helpful and she awesome. She knows everything about the store and helped me to finds things easily. Other employees were good and helpful but Danielle, was the best. Keep up the good work. ?

Went to buy some flashing listed as in stock on the website for the Langley location.
It was stored up high in the racking and they told me they weren’t allowed to sell it.
I will never shop at Rona again.

I will never shop here, so unprofessional, I came in on a Thursday night to get blinds cut and they had no one to do it. They told me to come back on the weekend and there would be somebody there. Came back on a Saturday afternoon and they don’t have anyone until Monday. What a waste of my time. I guess there’s a reason that there’s no customers in the store.
