  I have been to this location quite a few times before but this weekend when I went it made me think why did I bother? I wasn't acknowledged when I walked past the till area where 2 associates continued on having a personal conversation for 10minutes until another customer went up to pay for their items. That associate seemed to be friendly towards that customer. When it was my turn she had to tell the other associate to help check out my items. The associate that helped me made me feel like a burden for her. I wanted the items I got, I was in a time crunch but if it wasn't for that reason, I would never spend my hard earned money there. The manager that arrived was no better, she had her lint roller in hand rolling herself around the store. 👎Ridiculous. Training standards need to improve.

  Stopped by RW & Co to pick up a suit for our Christmas party. As soon as we entered, the staff was super kind and helpful. Noor helped us with sizing and styles and was super attentive! She had a great attitude and had great patience as we looked at different options. We are so happy with the outfit and we will definitely stop by again at this location.

  I had the worst delivery and customer service experience ever. I ordered a jacket as a gift three weeks ago, and it hasn’t been picked up yet. I’m not going to shop at this store or any other RW&Co. branch again. I’ve been a regular customer and a frequent shopper, but it’s clear nobody cares about this and isn’t willing to take responsibility for tracking and following up on the order.

  Poor customer service. The lady at front desk is very rude, she denied to return the blazer which I just bought 3 days ago and blamed me that I used it. She refused to discuss the matter and ignored me in front of other staff and customers. I had to leave the the store with no help. As I read other customer reviews here, I feel this is the time to change the management at this store.

  I found an awesome selection of sweaters at the store! Noor, one of the staff, was super helpful. She gave me honest fashion advice and recommended styles that really suited me—nothing felt pushy. Definitely a great shopping experience!

  Horrible customer service. This morning, I went to return one of the dresses I bought last week, but the lady at the register refused to process the return, insisting it was “worn.” I explained multiple times that it was not, yet she kept arguing with me. When I asked to speak with a manager, she rudely told me NO and said I had to come back tomorrow. Honestly, I’m not free to keep coming back just to deal with her rude behavior. This location seriously needs customer service to improve. It’s no surprise that they’re never busy when they don’t know how to treat their customers. I would really like to speak with a manager about this issue, because I used to spend a lot on this brand, but after this ridiculous experience, it no longer feels worth it. They are losing loyal customers. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely, not returning back.

  Terrible experience! Worst r&w store EVER. Purchased a shirt and went back to return the shirt and they would not take the shit because there was 2 hairs on it…. It was “damaged and dirty” shirt was never worn. They then started yelling at us and waving the policy in our faces. Worked in customer service for 10 years and I’ve never seen or had a worse experience. Went to the south Surrey store and they took it back with no issues. Vanetta and the ‘supervisor’ who probably was not were horrible to speak to and work with

  Jas, Ruth, Guneet, Sukhpaul are amazing. Quick to the point visits and they even steam my suites for me !!! Been shopping her for a long time and each visit is always memorable ✨️ 💕 💓 thank you ! Everyone definitely deserves a raises!!!!

  Came in to return items I bought a few days earlier. Instead of a credit, they charged me again for the same items. Came in next day to rectify this, but they credited me back only what I was wrongfully charged, but not the original return amount. Also no apology or any acknowledgment of their wrongdoing in the first place. Came in a third time that afternoon to get the still missing original refund. Turns out they were fully aware the original refund was still missing but didn’t care to correct their mistake earlier. I urge everyone to triple check everything at the checkout. I don’t know if they just don’t care or if this is scam, but I will never return to this location.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Langley branch. I purchased a blazer on February 18, 2025, and when I tried to return it just four days later, the sales associate, RAMEEN, wrongly accused me of wearing the item and removing the tags. Despite the blazer being in perfect condition, she refused to follow the store's return policy and handled the situation very unprofessionally. I had to drive to another location to get my return processed without any issues, which was a huge inconvenience. I expect better customer service and consistency across all locations. Very dissatisfied with this experience and the way it was handled.

  I saw some good deals online and decided to visit the store to check them out. I found all the items I was looking for, and they had a great selection in-store.
  
  What truly impressed me was the exceptional service provided by the gentleman who helped us, I think he was probably the manager.
  He was very patient and offered his insights. When I mentioned that my purchase was a gift, he made sure it was beautifully packaged.
  
  I definitely recommend this store and will definitely be returning in the future.
