John from Same Day Geek is certainly an expert in his field. He is very knowledgeable, affordable, honest & cares about his customers. Today I upgraded to a new computer system for our business which can be stressful to say the least. John made every step of the way stress free! He came with a new computer & monitor in hand, transferred over my accounting software & was done in 3-4 hours. He is very patient & takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with your new system. I am grateful for the excellent service he provides. He is the best!

Same Day Geek, what a great company. Highly recommended. I have dealt with both John and Michael several times and they have always been able to quickly fix any problems I had.
I also purchased a new laptop in the spring. Price was comparable but the great part was that Michael came to my house, setup my new laptop, moved all my files over, connected email, internet, printers etc.
What a service!

I called to see what my options were and it looks like it's just a better idea to buy a new computer seeing that my old ones are literally 15 years old but the person was not trying to rip me off and was suggesting other options that didn't involve their benefit, only mine; which I thought was selfless and good practice. In the future I will definitely be calling these guys when I need work done on my new computer I will be purchasing.

Great first experience with Same Day Geek…. true to their word. Same day service and door to door which is a plus! John was amazing; knowledgeable and he found the issue promptly. He explained everything clearly and I was able to easily follow along, learning a thing or two.

I was looking for a computer company online that could do a house visit and take a look at my 89 year old grandmothers laptop. She loves her laptop and is familiar with how to use it, however it’s over 12 years old! Ideally, she should get a new one, but is hesitant to learn “something new”. I phoned ‘same day geek’ around noon, and by 3:30pm John was at her home. I cannot say enough good things about him. He understood that she wanted to continue using her relic of a computer and quickly went to work finding ways to make it run more efficiently and explained this to her in simple terms. He was so patient and kind. Her and I are incredibly pleased with the service we received today and she can get more use from her laptop. He also offered to bring a couple of new laptops to her home if she chooses to upgrade in the future. As an almost 90 year old, her (and I) truly appreciate the personal service and not having to trek into a store and wait for a salesperson who likely doesn’t have 20+ years of tech experience as John does. The service from one day geek is unparalleled, exceptional and personal. Highly recommended!!!!

When I lost my wifi, Same Day Geek came almost immediately and on a weekend! They got me back on and also will sell me a badly needed new computer with all the features I like best plus they will install it for me. You can't find a more efficient and courteous service than this experienced business that works solely for its customers.

They are a phenomenal set of guys, from start to finish, Michael came to my work and was on top of it all, tried all options to recover my laptop on site, recovered my data, moved to my alternative and advised me on further options that worked well.
