I am not really a makeup person. It was my first time going into any big makeup shops. I was feeling overwhelmed as i dont do good in public. So, after walking around in store for 15 minutes and not knowing where to look. I asked a beautiful white girl(if you know!! her birthday on March 1st) she was an angel. I know it’s your job to help people but I genuinely appreciate your help. I was feeling calm and not nervous as a newbie because of you!! Thank you and i hope you know people like you make big difference in this world for people like me who are scared in new places.

I'm giving this place a 5-star review solely based on how happy it makes my wife. I would consider rating it lower due to the amount of time I had to spend following my wife around like a lost puppy, especially when it came time to pay for the items she picked. The total cost was definitely surprising when I mistakenly offered to pay for her. Next time, I'll just send my wife alone. It's a very busy place, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and quite helpful in assisting my wife with her shopping spree.

I ordered the benefit cookie highlighter online today and went to pick it up about 2 hours ago. I also went to return my Nars foundation as it had not been my shade. Gurinder was the one who helped me with my payments and when I asked her for my bopis order for the highlighter, she said that I was not charged for it, when I checked my bank account, I had clearly been charged. I showed her my “orders” on the Sephora app then she told me that they must have cancelled it since it “was not in stock” yet I saw one on the shelves. I asked another employee for my online order and she got the order for me. When I got home, I opened everything up only to see that the highlighter was used. They didn’t even bother wiping the mirror. It was so obviously used yet they sold it to me. The entire “cookie” text was gone. It wasn’t used just slightly. Very disappointed, I specifically went to this location because of the good reviews but I will be returning the highlighter and not visiting this location again.

Haven't always had the bestexperience, however Raveena helped me on Friday and she was fabulous. Very kind, extremely helpful, she took her time with me even though there were many people trying to talk with her. Her attitude was sweet & kind. She was very approachable. Thank you Raveena?

I went to Sephora today to change a perfume I bought last week. Store was quite busy but finally Gigi came and helped me to find my new perfume. She was very helpful. Thank you Gigi .

Koko was so amazing and helpful! I went in there for a foundation shade match and she was so kind and the best. They made sure that I walked around the store and looked at the shade in different lighting so that I was confident in my decision. Thank you!

My mum and I popped in to take a look at some ORDINARY products and was warmly greeted by Gigi. It was a very nice and relaxed experience where we could freely move around and take care of what we needed. Najah was kind enough to care for my purchase; she invited my mum and I to join their mailing list and are pleased that we were not pressured to join. We were pleasantly surprised at the members gifts offered. Thank you very much; will pop in again soon, I'm sure. :)

Willowbrook store has got some amazing employees, I went in to get a foundation for myself ,,,, param not only helped me with the shade match but also taught me how to get even skin tone before applying foundation, she is very knowledgeable

Unfortunately this location seems to be often out of products I was looking for. They were out of the shades I was hoping to buy in about 6 different brands of make up.This was not the first time they're out of selection.
