The employees in this store are flying drones and hitting customers with them. Then they tell the customer to clamp down. Since when is it okay for someone who has.no clue at all to fly a done in a store full of customers. Good Job Showcase

Older lady (manager?) was extremely rude. Inserted herself into my friend and i’s conversation about how it’s crazy that nerds gummies were 15$ when you can get the same ones at 7/11 for 2$. She then followed us around the store, telling us to stop “wasting our breath” in her presence. Crazy interaction, even the younger cashier was blown away by her rudeness.

I went in the other day to look around like I usually do and as soon as I came in me and my friend we went to look at the labubu’s. They keep them behind the till so I couldn’t tell the price so I asked the older lady at the till how much are they? She told me 76$, and I asked each? And instead of the lady just saying yes they are. She went on about how we’re paying for customs and authenticity
And blah blah, than we responded I wish we could get one but we’re not rich (in a joking matter) and she said to us “if you want them cheap go to Japan” first of all rude.
All I asked was the price.
Than my friend responded to this lady “I wish I could go to Japan but again I’m not rich” and the lady said “you better start saying up than”.
I work in customer service as well and she was very rude in her tone with us and ultimately we only asked the price and that’s all I wanted to know. Not to be practically shamed for not having enough money to buy one.
I have never seen this lady before at this location for the years I’ve been going here she was an older lady with blonde hair. She was very rude. Even the other worker who was there was like looking at her weird when she was talking to us.
She didn’t need to talk down to us when all I asked was the price of an item.
And 76$ for a tiny stuffed toy is honestly ridiculous. USA sells them for 18$ each I don’t know how we got to 76$?? But like I said I work in retain and I know how much things get marked up and I think that’s such a scam! Especially because that’s all kids want nowadays is the new trending thing And that’s what it is right now and to pay 76$ for one??! An absolute joke.

I thought I was the only one who would have to come on here just to report the worst customer service experience I've ever had whilst shopping but wow are they ever rude and judgemental giving nasty looks and disrespectful comments coming from staff here, don't come to this location or support this kind of business behavior there are plenty other locations that will be more than happy to serve you and help you with shopping that love their jobs. If I could give a 0 star I would.

The worst customer service I have absolutely ever experienced. I have never written an online review for anything before but I was in such shock by the outright rude attitude and unprofessionalism exhibited by this one worker, that I feel I have to. I came in on the evening of Jan.7th to do an exchange for an item that I had bought the previous week. I had previously spoken to a younger worker (who was lovely) that said that would be completely fine as it was within the 30 day return and exchange policy. When I came in to exchange the item, I encountered a short older woman with a long ponytail who was blatantly rude and dismissive. I, myself have worked in the service industry and I would never dream of treating a customer that way in a million years. Awful experience, would not recommend to anyone who is buying a pricey item there. If I could give zero stars for this woman I would. Showcase please do better for future customers as this is not how you treat people. Very disappointing.

I frequent the Chilliwack store, and sometimes the Abbotsford store and the staff are so friendly and fun. I went into willowbrook today for the first time and Corrie or Connie, (maybe Carrie? She didn’t have a name tag on) was so brutally miserable and not pleasant to communicate with. It started with her interjecting herself into a conversation amongst myself and friend in there shopping where I was telling my friend an experience we had with one of the items and she decided to keep trying to tell us what it was for and arguing about my personal experience of the item (I was telling my friend my daughter had it, stopped playing with it and it left hair all over, nothing crazy or negative). Then after lining up we hear her say to the other staff member “did you plug this in here? Our store looks like trash why would you put that here” before going to the till to ring people through. Then everything my friend said or asked was met with rudeness and like everything was an inconvenience. I finally said that she’s being very rude and crusty with every interaction and then lying about everything she had said (for example my friend asked the price of something behind the counter because she couldn’t read the price tags from where we were and she replies with “the prices are right there just look at them” before then reading them when she said she can’t see them, but then told us she never said the first part). It’s a busy time of year and unfortunately might not be the best time to visit this store as maybe she was under some sort of stress and not dealing with it well. There were other snide comments but too many to write here. She then even added in “I’m going to make a call right now to tell them about this so they can pull the cameras”. Thankful for the Chilliwack staff, they are absolute rockstars in comparison.

Jody she is really a wonderful sales person holding the showroom very well she even help me just at the 6 PM sharp after that one for a few minutes I really appreciatei She deserve promotion.

First time visiting this store and we were blown away. The staff was so kind and helpful. The store had cool products with affordable pricing. I didn't get the name of the cashier however I feel she was the manager. She was the sweetest, she took her time to interact with our children and chatted with us adults. We felt welcomed and encourage others to visit this store.

Bought a sound amplifier for my hubby and we both love it! Hearing aids are so expensive and honestly, this does the trick. His hearing is so much better - no more shouting! Tip: DO spend the extra $8 for the 3-year extended warranty as the first one we bought stopped charging after 2 weeks. But if we have to spend $50 every 3 years, it's still an awesome deal for what is basically a hearing aid. Really impressed with the customer service at the Willowbrook location.
