Awful and rude staff in person i needed a skirt that was in the window and got no help and just told they couldnt get it i called later and the girl on the phone (this was around 4pm) was amazing so kind so helpful and understanding but this store is very poorly run so im not gonna blame the staff but whoever is manager please train your staff in customer service and organize your store better!

worked here for a few months, very unprofessional workplace. i constantly had to ask for my paycheque or else it would never come because they always forgot to give it to me. the managers had the new employee on the cash register on her first day, but at that point i was working there for 6 months and had never been taught to be on cash, even though i had previous experience on a cash register at another job and she was younger than me as well. it seems to me they didn’t think i was capable of being on the cash register, because we would be extremely busy all the time and would need an extra person on cash, yet still they never taught me. everyone would leave me piles upon piles of clothes to fold and put back and they’d constantly leave me to do all the work while they’re at the cash register talking when there were no customers. the managers and all the workers would sneak off into the back to vape. everyone there hates their job and always talk badly about customers and complain about doing work and they overall made me miserable going into work.

Such a bad experience I had here! I bought a shirt and then I went shopping at a couple other stores when I was showing my friend all my stuff she noticed a rip on the top part of the shirt. I went back to the store to exchange it with a another one but the staff was incredibly rude. There was a 5’5ish girl with black hair tied in a bun that was so rude. She didn’t even looked at the ripped shirt and started being so rude for no reason. I had my receipt and everything and I had gone to the store only 2 hours ago. When I saw the shirt at first I though it was okay but I’m sure it got ripped when she was taking the safety alarm tag off. I spent money on a ripped shirt and had to deal with the ill mannered staff…SMH ????♀️

Went in and found a bunch of cute things to buy, but when we went to try on there was a rack in the way. The girl in front of me spoke to an associate (blonde woman with medium length hair and glasses) and and was able to use the fitting room, when my sister and I asked less than 1 minute later, she said the fitting rooms are closed and we can’t use them. Saw 2 other people using the fitting rooms before we had asked as well. Don’t understand what dictates that you can or can’t use the fitting room. Highly uncomfortable experience and I don’t quite understand the bias…

Seriously, the customer service here is trash and the employees are disrespectful. If you want dirty wrinkly clothes, and to have a 16 year old roll their eyes at you this is the place to go. The manager on duty said about three words to me at checkout and when I asked her what was wrong she responded saying that she’s just focused on closing duties…. At 4pm? When the store closes in two hours????? Thank you cashier 127170, if I ever come back I will bring a duster with me to clean up the cat sized dust bunnies in the fitting room.

Store reopened and i am very happy. Good store for clothes and affordable. Really love it. I miss urban planet in mall but Sirens take that place.

the employees here are absolutely horrible!not worth going in regardless of how cheap the clothes are. One employee spoke to me with her back facing me and the other basically yelled their no refunds policy at me and literally ripped the items out of my hands. I've never experienced such poor service at a store before. I'd fire the lot and start fresh. ????️

Nice store. Clean. Organized. Was there to exchange few items due to fabric and seam imperfections. The customer service sales rep said there was no problem in exchanging the items but she commented that the items I wanted to exchange are $12.99 and are made in China by children so I should expect that these imperfections may exist. Made in China or not, I think from a business perspective, it is unprofessional to diminish your products. Anyhow, I will never go back to this Langley location. Customer service was definitely way better at the Guildford location as they were more helpful and positive overall.
