Currently standing in a line up about 20 people deep at the Amazon/package return line. 1 person madly trying to process the line while six other people stand around behind the desk trying to solve some other customers issue with a return. This is not the first time I have seen this happen at this location. I don’t think they are capable of handling the volume of the returns here. I am going to start selecting a different drop off location.

The staff in the print area are poorly trained and don’t know much about how to serve customers. They make it so difficult to print simple photos and nobody in the print shop seems to move with any sense of urgency.

Pretty awesome service when returning Amazon stuff, they're friendly fast and even with 10 ppl deep, it's not more than a 10-min wait.
Large store, one of the nicer ones with plenty of parking and safe too.
Although finding someone for cell phone service can be hit or miss.
Clean washrooms.

I came here for some Amazon returns and unfortunately my interaction with the employee at shipping wasn’t friendly. Hopefully this is a one time occurrence

Self serve printing computers area needs attention. I often used this service to print, it was my 3rd time on this same PC this year and no staff member ever cared to clean the dust sitting on the back for months if not years.

I don't come here often anymore. Prices have gotten too high and stocked items run out very fast.
When I do order something, custom calendars for example, they are quick and produce quite a nice product. Service is usual good and the staff are very friendly.

Had them print off some very important documents for an application. Didn't realize until the night before the application was due that they forgot the last 10 of my 45 pages. Would not recommend this print shop.

I don’t like shopping here but I thought I’d give an Amazon return a try. Nope, not good either. It was busy and it wasn’t clear what line to wait in. You guys can do better. Instead of waiting in line again, I just left.

I bought a Razor Blackshark V2 Pro from staples on December 14 2024 and took it back to them and they said that because a plastic piece broke that is was physical damage and they would not warranty it even though it was a manufacturing defect not a misuse of headset as it was on the inside of the headset where there would be no way to cause any damage the assistant manager would not even look at it so I could show them where the damage occurred poor customer service this was a very expensive headset and he would not allow me to speak to the General manager
