Bought a sideboard online and picked up in Langley store, when picking up, we asked staff for help putting inside our car. The staff said “we are not allowed to help because there is camera here”……We managed doing it ourselves, after getting home and doing assembly, we realised the quality, material, alignment of this product is total trash, very cheap, very low quality.
For anyone who wants to shop here, please don’t. Furnitures look good at show room. But quality like this will not last.

I would give 0 stars to this company of I can. They are running a scam. Place the order online and you’ll never receive it. And your money is gone. I have placed an order for dining table that I never received. Apparently, the transporters this company is dealing with, delivered it to a wrong address. I provided the proofs and pictures of the entry way or the front of my house. So, That they can provide me a replacement. I needed the table urgently because of gathering that I had planned. I had to reschedule the dinner twice because they didn’t take initiative to resolve the issue. On contacting them multiple times and asking them for resolution, After almost a month of going back and forth with them, they told me that they can’t do anything because the transporters are saying that they have already delivered the table. but i didn’t receive it. So that’s a waste of money and they are not issuing me the refund for their fault. Very poor customer service and zero responsibility towards their customers. Don’t shop here if you don’t wanna waste your hard earned money.

Service is good but quality of the items is very low. Not even a year later and this couch is garbage!
We don’t use it daily either.

I had a great shopping experience with Karen at Structube Langley. I came in looking for bar stools, and she was able to help me find exactly what I needed. She even arranged for the stools to be shipped to the store for pickup, which was a super easy process and arrived sooner than expected. I appreciate the friendliness and level of customer service I received at this location, highly recommend!

I bought a Queen Size bed, sofa and dining chair on Structube. The bed has arrived，others still waiting.It is of good quality, soft and comfortable. My daughter likes it very much. I have been to this store many times recently. In addition to the good quality and reasonable price, the service is also very thoughtful.
Special thanks to Paulo, because we changed the decoration style, we changed the sofa we pre-otdered several times. He is very patient and has no any complaints! I'm looking forward to a beautiful home with everything.

On January 6, 2025 between 4–5 pm, I visited your store and had an extremely disappointing experience. One of the staff members was busy playing on his phone and showed no interest in assisting customers. His colleague was trying to help us by asking him about a specific product—she asked him twice—and he barely responded. He didn’t even bother to look at her or us. This behavior was shocking and highly unprofessional. I strongly urge management to address this issue, as having employees with such disrespectful and indifferent attitudes reflects poorly on Structube. Although I don’t know his name, I’m confident the store manager can identify him based on the shift schedule. Will never visit this store again.

She was incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring I was happy with my purchase. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. Good prIces but incompetent customer service.
We ordered a grey ottoman and waited two weeks for it to be delivered for pick-up in store.
When I arrived for the pick-up, the box was clearly labelled as grey, however, upon opening it the ottoman was beige.
It's pretty basic that you should make sure the item being placed in the box matches the label on the box, but this is apparently beyond the people at Structube.

Beautiful decoration! This was the biggest Structube showroom I’ve seen, with a great selection of furniture. It made it easy to picture how everything would look at home. Highly recommend visiting!

Good variety of furniture styles available. Most items aren't available in-store. This is more of a showroom. Once you select an item, an associate helps you order the furniture online.
Great quality. It really helps to see and feel the furniture in person.
