Needed to open a new account last minute and Sophia booked us in with out hesitation. She was extremely professional, kind and knowledgable. She helped us open the account that was best suited for our needs. Highly recommend booking with her!

Overall TD is a great bank, but not impressed with this branch’s service at all. Cancelled my meeting the night before and didn’t even offer an apology.

Branch manager, Sarah was amazing to deal with. We initially had an appointment with another advisor who was running late so she made sure to help us to avoid any waiting. Ali took over the appointment and was very friendly as well.

Last week on the 30th of July the manager told me my certified cheque would be cleared on August 2 but when I called TD and asked what’s going on they said it won’t be cleared til August 6. The manager was wrong. Horrible service and giving incorrect information.

2.2 stars from 171 reviews. I was going to write a big review, but won't waste my time as TD is clearly not bothered about what the account holders have to say.
My little piece of advice for account holders reading this review is NOT to book appointment with 'Monica Luis' for their financial needs.

Waited in line for 55 minutes.
In there again today on cuz I had no choice as the Atm wouldn't let me withdraw a simple $375USD. I waited 25+ mins in the line. The don't seem to concerned about there unusual wait times...this has gone on for years now.

Neelob was awesome, everytime I walk to the bank, I see her welcoming customers with a smile even at the end of the day....she patiently listens, she is helping and knowlegeble. Thank u Neelob ?

The absolute worst incompetent branch I have ever been to when I got my cards got stolen. They set up all my bank accounts completely wrong. I could no longer use my business or personal accounts. It took time out of my day two hours. I go to another branch and they say they fixed it they didn’t fix it and now months later since February 2024 it is now August 2024 I am still dealing with errors. I can’t even deposit a mobile cheque and the only way to deal with this is to go back to the branch for a fifth consecutive time. I do not have this much time and energy to spend away from my business away from my job away from my family to fix their mistakes. I am sick and tired of this branch and I’m sick and tired of the company as a whole. Td doesn’t care about you or your business.

Horrible bank useless employees nobody answers the phone they will do nothing for you because they don't know how to do their jobs and or are not willing to save yourself the time and headache and go to any other bank anywhere
