Service was good but the prices are shockingly outrageous! Almost $600 for 5” thick queen size foam. Over $300 for the same in budget foam. For $125 on
Amazon I got a wayyyy nicer foam mattress of the same size including cover. Maybe the foam shop is good for custom stuff, but absolutely not for basic foam to sleep on.

Don't recommend the Langley store for any complex cutting requirements with contours. We had boat cushions made based on existing cushions. When we went to the store to pick them up they asked us to do a check, we didn't do a full exhaustive check of all pieces and found later that they cut one piece wrong with the contour upside down. Given the price expected much higher quality cutting services and that employees would check that the new cushions against the existing cushion we provided before giving us the product. During the fixing process they were rude and we had to explain multiple times what needed to be fixed. We took a second corresponding cushion for the sleeping area with the correct contour direction and physically showed them how the 2 cushions are positioned to make a bed in the boat and that the contours needed to be in the same direction. We explained that the cushion was all good just the contour was upside down and left the shop, and the employee agreed and started talking about where material needed to be removed. A few hours later we got a call saying she had cut the cushion but she didn't understand what else needed to be fixed and could we come in a explain to her in person. Due to travel time to the shop we explained over the phone and when we asked for a photo showing the finished cushion for a quick check before driving to the shop she acted like it was an unreasonable ask. She asked for an email address which we gave her and then she had to call back again for the email despite her asking for and us providing our email in the previous call. She then emailed us 2 options how the cushion looked that morning and the contour flipped but both had 45 degrees angles instead of contours . They can probably handle 2D shapes but don't seem to have a handle on anything else.

The sales lady are all liar. They said they don't let the customer to test and try the cushion. But they did actually Maybe they don't know what they are talking about. They don't want to get a new stock inside maybe they are just lazy.

The lovely ladies in the store are kind, patient, and very helpful. I was looking for something pretty random and they took the time to try and understand what I needed and did their best to help. 100% recommend if you need anything foam related!

Called ahead of time to make sure they had what I needed. Was told a price and drove an hour to get there. Of corse they didnt have the right measurement ...... was told if I took it in two pieces I could get a 5% discount oh yay good choice . Two pieces or a 5$ discount. Cost me $20 in gas to get there for nothing! What a waste of time going here. Dont go to this location. They are lazy and cant be bothered to make sure they have the right size in stock. If you really need to go here call and make them go into the back and measure the material to ensure you dont waste your time. GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

We stop by today to get replaced foam in our sofa cushions. The ladies were so nice and knowledgeable very good customer service help us to choose a the best foam give us advice on the products and we left with new cushions plus they help us with the fitting foam to our truck bed. Thank you for the super quick service we are highly recommending Langley location for all your foam needs ?

This isn’t a fair review of the product tbh. It’s definitely lack of online CS, if they responded I might buy their product.I emailed using the email link on their website, I know another company emailed them as well because together we’re trying to find a solution to my couch problem. Neither one of us heard back, despite using the “Contact us form” on their site.It’s ’s not a good thing to not acknowledge messages from potential customers. But who knows, maybe the email link is broken. At any rate, it’s time to move on.
