“I had a trailer booked for 9am on Aug 5, 2024. I arrived at 8:45am, business wasn't open until 9. I grabbed the trailer, hooked it up and proceeded to do the online verification check in. For some reason, my cell service wasn't working at the moment so nothing was loading on the page. I already had entered all my credit card info online and everything needed to reserve the trailer.
So, I hooked it up and went on with my day.
The owner called me about a few hours later and asked me if I had picked up the trailer. I said yes of course and he was kind about it. He thought maybe it was stolen.
Kind of my mess up but nothing serious.

“My only complaint is that after 3 1/2 years of storage, you charged me for a full month for 12 days of last month's storage.
Otherwise, this is the lowest priced storage facility around!
