I love thrift shopping but gz I've said it bfor and I'll say it again ..I love going to value village when I do find deals ..everything is very expensive and I cannot afford a giant tiger brand new is cheaper then value village or am I just too poor . They have runners shoes that are worth 100.00 even 200.00 runners yes I get name brands but come on everything is donated to them so why so pricey yes they have to pay also workers the lot not really sure why they would charge 200.00 for runners up to 60.00 I know it's not alot but that is to me jeans 15 n up I'd gladly pay 5.bux a pair anyway I'd get way more can afford 1 pair then done ..although they have their rewards program thingy it's hard to accumulate points when yu can't really afford much maybe upto 4 items ..wish they had a white ticket sale where yu full your bag say for 20 on everything with a white tag .wouldn't that be great ??

I am finding that “thrift” is not something that applies to this store. I get that the better the brand, the higher the price, but someone needs to educate the pricing people as to what really is a good brand.

Most of the staff at
Value Village you’re amazing. I can tell they’re overworked and they have not enough staff management needs to step up that they’re making tons of money on donations I just dropped off my donations there and could tell that those people were totally understaffed way too many donations for them to handle time for the greedy people at the top to take a look.

I find it really quite expensive, there is other thrift stores near by so I don't sweat it.

Good place, great workers! That was 3 years ago. Review now: expensive marking and problems with returns. Also low on knowledgeable stuff that makes big wait time for check out .

I was robbed on the 5th of December; prior to picking up a trolley my bag was ransacked in same mall.
All my IDs and school card as well as my ATM cards was in the purse.
Same person used the card twice after leaving the Mall angrily due to the refusal of the management to Check their CCTV footage within 5 minutes of reporting the incident.
I am a contributor or donor to this organisations and highly disappointed at such unfair treatment to customers..

Good finds. A lot of different items to choose from. And they have specials too! And seniors day with a discount on purchases.

Value Village Langley is a spacious and well-organized thrift store with a wide selection of clothing, shoes, and household items. The variety makes it easy to find both everyday essentials and unique second-hand pieces. The store is generally clean, and items are arranged by category and size, which helps make browsing more convenient. Staff members are friendly and keep the store running smoothly, even during busy times. While some prices can be higher than expected for a thrift store, there are still good deals to be found. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for thrifting and bargain hunting.

Before moving, I donated two boxes of clothes I don't wear. An official received the clothes through a drive-through process. I hope it helps those in need.

Overpriced items they get for free. Might as well buy new or go support smaller second hand stores...
everything is extremely overpriced... even stained/ripped items...why is Value Village selling a basic white T-shirt with armpit stains for $13?
