I had a very positive experience renewing and upgrading our contracts and phones at the beginning of August 2024. I had both my own and my daughter's to get done, and this experience is generally not one I look forward to. Alexander made it painless. Did a really nice job explaining things and also in getting the data transferred and all that. Best part was receiving the bill a week or so later and having it appear EXACTLY as Alex said it would. Really nice job. Five stars for sure.

Came in to inquire about a better plan. The store manager - Jeet assisted me and got me an amazing deal. Leaving with a brand new device and a lot of other good stuff with it. Very happy with the service I got here. Will definitely recommend people to visit this location.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I was helped by Alexander, Smriti and Gurjeet who were all patient, kind and knowledgeable sales reps. Alexander was super easy to talk to and helped me find a plan that suited my phone and financial needs. Although it took a couple moments for the system to work, each employee was super helpful with finding what I wanted. Would recommend this location over any other :)
