I purchased a speaker for my truck in August, after it was installed it worked for about 2 weeks then stopped working, they took it back and promised me a new one. I’ve called about 10 times, they never call me back even when they say so and it’s now December. They have my money still, my faulty speaker and I’m stuck with no music in my truck except for a JBL speaker I have sitting in my passenger seat. The worst costumer service I have ever experienced, wouldn’t recommend to anyone who doesn’t want their time and money wasted.

Their Price Protection Policy is incredibly customer-friendly — they don’t make you jump through hoops like other stores. When I found a lower price online, they matched it instantly.
