It’s been over 2 weeks and almost 3 weeks and still haven’t received my 5x5 magnet. When i came (because received an email that the magnet is ready), i had to wait 30 minutes just for them to tell me its not ready and to come back 2-3 days and that I would receive a call but still nothing. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Placed and paid for an online photo order that was supposed to be ready the next day — 10 days later, nothing. Customer service gave me the runaround, the store promised a refund and never followed through. Absolutely terrible service — go anywhere else for photos.
