Ricardo is extremely helpful and dependable. Whenever an item is not available on the shelves, he willingly goes inside the storage area to check and bring it out if possible. Whenever something is out of stock, I always try to find Ricardo because I know he will genuinely try his best to help.
He never says no, even if the item is not from his own department. For example, while working in the meat department, he still helped me find products from the international and frozen sections. Many employees limit themselves to their assigned areas, but Ricardo consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers.
He truly feels like a one-man army. He is a very kind person and always carries a smile on his face, which makes the shopping experience even better.

Inconsiderate rude cashier, came in to grab some things for my family with an upper body extremity injury, and she demanded to see my receipt for products I had bought previously at Michealās. You guys donāt even sell the same products, just because someone brings in a re-usable bag that was purchased at your store doesnāt mean theyāre stealing. Bring back Canadian workers instead of paying the lowest wages you can for awful people.

Always order online, but probably wonāt shop at this particular store again. Have been trying to get through to customer service for days about a missing article from an order in June!! Even the rep on the app said they couldnāt get through on the phone. Still paying for the article through Klarna. Frustrating doesnāt begin to cover it
Edit. Made the mistake of ordering online again (January 11/26). Didnāt have a bunch of stuff in store that I ordered through the app, and then didnāt find replacements even though I specified for them. Never again

absolutely rude staff. 4 of them were standing around an aisle talking to eachother about stuff not regarding work, i walk up to them to ask a question and they just stare at me and proceed to talk to eachother. i ask my question, asking where i can find an item and one of them just points me in a general direction very dismissively. iāve never shopped here before, and all four of them were doing absolutely nothing and they canāt even direct me there themselves? find better workers

Bad customer service at the electronic section, Zero knowledge of the products, Not sure why individuals are getting paid to do absolutely nothing. At least take initiatives to learn about products rather than just chatting.

On December 27, I visited the Walmart location in Langley to return several items at the customer service desk. I had many receipts and asked the associate to help check them. She did not check the receipts and processed the return on a gift card I said Iām ok for that because Iām can buy groceries.
I then attempted to return two gift items for my daughter without a receipt. I clearly explained that they were gifts. The associate refused to help and called another employee named Muskan, who incorrectly accused me of having already returned an item earlier that day. This accusation was false. I asked them to check the security cameras, but they refused. At that time, I chose not to file a complaint because I wanted to be understanding and believed the staff might have been tired or overwhelmed.
On January 5, I returned to customer service regarding a missing refund. While I was there, I heard the same associate speaking in person to another employee and saying that if I had items and did not have a receipt, they should not be returned for me. Because I felt uncomfortable and concerned about what was being said about me, I asked to be helped by another employee.
A different associate later helped me kindly and processed the return of the two gift items without a receipt, showing that the return was possible.
I am submitting this complaint because I believe I was treated unfairly and discriminated against, and I am concerned that this treatment may be related to the fact that I wear a scarf.I now feel anxious when visiting customer service and worry about being treated the same way again.

I purchased an iPhone from your store two days ago. The very next day, I returned to the same store to initiate a return, which I understand is allowed under your return policy.
I waited in the customer service lineup for approximately 15 minutes. When it was my turn and I was about to speak with a customer representativeāwho was polite and helpfulāa female staff member with red-colored hair indian fair in colour, who had assisted us with the purchase the previous day, abruptly interrupted.
She spoke in an unprofessional and unacceptable tone, stating that we needed to wait for āother customersā and should come back later after her deal was completed. This was confusing and unfair, as we had followed the queue properly, did not skip anyone, and there was no one waiting behind us at that time.
I did not understand what she meant by āother customers,ā nor why we were asked to step aside despite waiting our turn. Her behavior felt dismissive and discourteous, and it did not reflect the level of customer service I expect from Walmart.
I am writing to bring this incident to your attention and request that it be reviewed, so future customers do not experience similar treatment.

What happened to customer service. Usually at a Walmart you sometimes have a large amount of groceries. I bring my own bags. And they all refuse to now pack your bag for you. Iām a senior and Iām not a grocery packer. I havenāt been trained in it, and I donāt want to get home with things squished or broken because of my bad packing and I feel the pressure to just get it in the bag so they can move onto the next customer. If you go anywhere else for groceries, except maybe superstore and no-frills whose prices reflect that theyāre not gonna pack your groceries because youāre getting your groceries for cheaper.. All the other stores pack them nicely for you. this Walmart has very poor customer service.

I was so disappointed with this store. First off the staff didnāt know what couscous was a directed me to two different aisles when I couldnāt find is I asked another staff member and her being on her cellphone was more important than helping a customer and then she didnāt know what the product was and made me pull it up on my cellphone.
