sadly the lack of cashiers and now also self checkout is terrible They have cut back on staff and cashiers and self checkouts are not fully accessible as not many turned on There is no consideration about customers waiting in long lines for checkout and self checkout.

Charged us 2 times, then told us it is out of stock AFTER customer service guarantee'd we would get it while we were placing the order to reserve the stock....Manager promised to call back the next day for resolution, of course they did not bother.We ended up having $700 credit on hold during boxing week which is the only week we max out our credit card with careful plannings, and a total frustration that we wont be getting the TV promised to be reserved.Speechless.At this point, the only way is to write a complaint letter to the regional manager which I wont even bother to do.... Let walmart rot....

The service I received at 8:00 a.m. in the Langley Walmart was unbelievable. I went out for a walk and stopped into the store briefly. Couldn't find anything for my wife so I was leaving and was going out through a side exit beside the entrance. There's very few people in the store but a store employee stops me and makes me walk all the way back through the tills so I can exit store I obviously have no packages on me. If the person at the till can see better than she could standing right beside me then I guess it was a good idea to go to the till. Extremely disappointed with the service at this Langley Walmart. It's so easy today to click order now and yet we still have stores giving this kind of service

Went to Langley Walmart December 11 to purchase Santa and reign deer blow up ..was sold out .Told at service desk that the display models would be sold on Friday.Returned Friday to be told that they couldn’t be sold till after some sort of store visit and had to leave them up till Saturday.I returned Monday 18th and was told they were not sold till Christmas Eve first come first served ?This was all on my dinner break as I work afternoon shiftTotal wasted 1 1/2 hrs

We placed an online order in early October for 3 items (2 dish sets and a curtain). We received notification that multiple unsuccessful attempts had been made to deliver the curtains to the store and were being returned to the warehouse. Weeks later we get an update that they’re ready for pickup but upon arriving to the store, are told they are not here. One set of dishes came immediately. The second, identical set took 3 more weeks to show up. We’ve made multiple trips to the store to collect all of our items over the span of several weeks, and are still waiting. The online ordering system, the accuracy of email notifications, and delays/inability for the store to receive orders from their warehouse or sellers is mind boggling. I can’t understand how this store expects repeat business with service like this.

I shop here 2-3 times a week. That being said, a lot of bad things are happening in this store, and the manager I have not met is probably not his fault but his employee. Let's start with the blue bins you used to be able to buy, and now when you leave the store, they harass you, saying you can't take your property. After telling them you have paid for them and there is a UPC on the bottom of the blue bin, tell them: Did you guys used to sell these? Yes, then why harass customers who have them? We don't know who has them, sir. Well, that was a great idea! I get harassed in this store like crazy; recently, I just started encountering racism. A worker by the name of Salma was 2 feet away, watching me, body facing and eyes on me. When I scanned macaroni, it errored self-checkout. I asked her to come help, but she told me to leave the area. odd i thought but followed her instructions. She then scrolled to the top of the self-checkout and started item checking one by one. I had over 120 items; it was a full cart. I assume she was racist and checking as she was already facing me and watching. She had to double check? Oddly, I called her out on it; a few others said they needed more training. I called her a racist, and she knew I knew. I won't follow her instructions next time. I will ask for another associate. Salma does not like black people. I can confirm this as I am black and how I was treated. They told me I was a random check. I get that watching me two feet away and facing and staring is her job. But how can I be subject to a random check if she is facing me watching? really? That's a lie. I was told by the Jaswinder customer service rep that you cannot explain that. I will be emailing corporate about this harassment instance. This is absolutely unacceptable as a customer that shops here and spends money. I told Jaswinder this was not okay. She smiled and thought it was a joke. She didn't really understand a lot of what I was saying or implying as she was a young adult. She was not able to distinguish between the racism and the factual evidence I provided She was like, Do you want to see my manager? has more authority. I said you were not even asking who the associate was? You don't care; you're not going to give a correction to the action—literally nothing. Also, I asked to pay 100 gift cards and the rest in cash to the racist. Salma told me no—I had to get another accommodation to help. Please fire this employee; they should not be serving the public. Jaswinder customer service manager was just trying to put the fire out; she did a good job letting me vent but failed to make corrective actions. By removing the accommodate from the floor, I also asked how the random check works, and Id like to stand by and watch what prompts them to do it. Do they need to be 2 feet away watching and body facing to trigger it? or does that just sound unintelligent? Also, Samla asked me to show her where my pepsi and dog treats were on there, among other things. I cant remember what the third was. I get doing your job, and then I get harassing people. I called her out; she needs to be fired.Fire Salma the Racist—or remove her from her current position and make sure she cannot interact with customers (stock shelves, sweep floor).

Was disappointed when I saw the box of chips on sale for a $.10 saving off the price $11.97..Went and asked the store manager if it was an error he laughed and said no the floor sales manager makes the approval before changing prices.Two days later I noticed the change of the price by a $.40 cent off another box of chips showing a new price from $11.87 .Don’t forget customers are getting charged about $5-$10 in taxes especially when they have a sale on buy three 12 pk of pop for .$13.99 but yet after you ring up all three cases the total is at $23This is just proof of how crazy these Walmart store prices are.Also can head office please train your employees and teach them proper management skills and to actually do their jobs.Standing around in a group circle talking to each other than actually doing your job.

Online pick up phone number is out if service all the time so good luck trying to get a hold of someone to let them know you are there to pick up. Waste of time and gas from driving. Tried to get my last order rectified over online chat. Apparently they arranged for me to pick up my order at a different time only for The store to call and say they cancelled my order. Waste of time with online chat. What a joke if a system. Hire better employees.

ALWAYS check your receipts. I checked my receipt from yesterday and found for the third time, I'd been ripped off. Yesterday I was overcharged for an item. The baby food pouch should have been $1 but I was charged $12.97 for it. Again, this is the 3rd time it's happened and it's happened both at self checkout and going through a checkout line and seeing a cashier. I've also had items be charged lower than the displayed price but in the end my receipt is still overcharged.I've also had discounts not applied to produce and ended up paying full price. It's almost as if the scanning machines make up totally different prices than what's displayed.Aside from pricing, there are usually no shopping baskets. You can even search checkouts and still find nothing. The carts aren't any better. Either it doesn't let you put a coin in, the carts are damaged to the point the won't come apart, or the child lap belt is broken. Those belts are broken 90% of the time it seems.By far, the worst walmart I've ever been to and I've been to American Walmarts

The all-pervasive synthetic sickly-sweet odour of the cleanser they use gets into my clothes, I have to change my clothes after shopping here, and gets into any permeable surface like plastic, anything that can't be soaked in soapy water for an hour can't be purchased here. I come here because I can't find soy free salad dressing elsewhere though.

This Walmart is complete trash. I’ve been shopping here for 15+ years and I know try to avoid this place. It’s run poorly, the line-ups in the middle of the weekday are ridiculous, they only ever have 6-8 self checkouts open to the public at any given time and the second self out section is always closed. I spent 20 mins waiting to pay for bottled water in the self check because the 3 cash tills that were open had line-ups for days. Finally made it to the self-checkout only to have to wait in 2 lines that wraps around the entire area. I noticed several staff working; however, only a 4 self-checkouts open that were NOT enough compared to the amount of poor customers that were stuck waiting with their groceries.Stay away from this poorly run Walmart, it’s complete trash. The staff can’t be bothered, Managment doesn’t care, complaints are never answered and the quality of groceries is subpar. I would give this location 0 stars if I could.

Does not honor price tags on shelf. Went to purchase an item, it rang up at double the cost of the shelf tag. Showed the staff member the item tag with matching product name and description to be told no it's the wrong price. Terrible service.

Frustrating experience today.1. An employee paged to have an associate to come help me with my product-related question, it took 3-4 pages before someone came to assist me.2. The person that came did not know what the word FLYER meant in English. When I asked her if she knew, she said she knew but only after probing her further, only then did she admit she had absolutely no idea. She offered to give me her work phone so I could demonstrate what I was looking for. I was looking for clearance summer dinnerware that was advertised on the flyer. But since the flyer was vague and did not show a specific product, the employees did not know where how to find these advertised products, and since they're still learning English, this only exacerbated the situation.I can empathize with people who are learning English, but to pretend to know something IS OF NO HELP whatsoever. I highly encourage Walmart to educate its staff on what a STORE FLYER is and how to find it on their work gagdets.

Tried two times printing photos and apparently, they don't know what the problem is, and they send the notification to customers to pick up their orders, but they are still processing. I even showed FedEx completed, delivered message and the clerk said it didn't arrive.I asked if they can send another message and they can't but I have to call to see if the order would be ready for pickup. I don't know why they are not fixing this (clerk did say previous customer had the same issue and I had this issue a few months ago from this location)Not the best place to order photo printing - I'll eventually have to look for some alternative option printing photos and others
