“We recently were visiting from Ontario and bought a necklace, earrings and ring from the Guildford store. The ring had to be resized and had to be delivered from another store within 3 days, as we were leaving BC.The manager, Mina and her staff and Richard in particular, went above and beyond , even hand delivering the ring to our hotel. We would recommend this jeweller to anyone and particularly want to commend Mina and Richard for their exceptional customer service. Thank you.”
