Willow Video is a well-loved, family-run store known for its extensive selection of retro and new video games, making it one of the largest in Canada. Customers can find a wide range of movies, with over 30,000 titles for sale, including DVD, Blu-ray, and VHS, mostly out-of-print or hard-to-find films. The store also offers a large inventory of new and used vinyl records, music CDs, and cassettes. In addition to sales, Willow Video rents new release movies and video games. The shop has a long-standing reputation, with customers visiting for over two decades. Many appreciate the knowledgeable and friendly staff, who are helpful and kind. The store’s nostalgic atmosphere, dogs behind the desk, and reasonable prices create a welcoming environment that appeals to collectors and casual shoppers alike. The owners go above and beyond, such as during COVID when they personally delivered a game outside the storefront to help a customer. Prices are competitive, with trade-in values better than other local stores, encouraging repeat visits. Customers enjoy the store’s interesting music collection and the quality of used DVDs. Overall, Willow Video is considered the best mom-and-pop store for games, movies, and music in BC, known for its wide range, good prices, and excellent customer service.
These guys are amazing. I have been patronizing Willow Video for around 30 years and they havent raised the price of rentals for at least 10 years. The last bastion for movie and game rentals.

Staff are friendly, knowledgable, and the store has a massive selection of media. New and old video games galore, records, rare blurays, DVD's and even Pokemon cards. This is a physical media collectors paradise.
