Having shopped here a zillion times, I encountered the worst customer service today. I picked up a cat bed which had an original price of 59 dollars but a clearance tag of 28. After spending 30 min in a billing line, the cashier insisted that "someone" had ripped a tag off a different product and stuck it on this one! I don't understand how that is even possible given how neatly the tag was stuck. When I mentioned this, she continued to say exactly that same words in an even louder voice like I was either deaf or stupid.
A store that actually values its customers would honour what is on their tag rather than making false accusations and exhibiting incredible rudeness. I understand Winners is a discounted store but please spend on training your cashiers and managers in basic customer service.

Wait time for the till was insane. Close to 10 registers yet only 2 were open. Waited in line for 30 minutes when i only had 4 people infront of me. No warranty for clothing even if there are defects. Dont spend your money here

Our to go Winners store which is close by us and really convenient because right at Willowbrook mall. Always have good stuff and good quality that every time I went I always had something back home with me. A lot of parking spots, the washrooms inside and good service

Worst experience with cashier Ruth. Interaction with her made me wonder if she might be dealing with some cognitive challenges.she was rude and out of focus. Maybe time for her to retire?
