I am beyond frustrated with the appalling service at this store. My friend and I went in looking for help, and Steve not only refused to assist us but practically shooed us away. When we asked for something as simple as my account number, he completely dismissed us. He sent us to the corporate store, only for us to find out he could’ve helped us right there.
After being bounced around, we ended up at a Rogers store and switched to Fido. The Rogers agent confirmed we could’ve been helped all along. This is absolutely unacceptable. Even when we asked Steve directly if he could assist us after noticing the Rogers and Fido logos, he still sent us elsewhere, telling us they’d help instead.
This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. It’s clear Steve has no interest in actually helping customers, and I won’t be returning to this location. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

I have dealt with a young man named Claude at the Langley location. I came at the worst time to get a new cell and activation.,it was Sunday and supper bussy. Claude already had customers in cue and more were coming. This very knowledgeable young man never lost his cool,was very professional,and genuinely cared about my needs. He worked hard to make sure his customers were getting the best deals. His multitasking skills are impressive.This young man should be promoted!. In today's world we need more customers service like Claude gives. Thank you.

Masood was beyond helpful. He spent hours with us trying to undo the mess of another carrier, including sending us home with what we needed to deal with it the following day with him over the phone. He ended up staying an hour and a half past closing to make sure our phones were working when we finally were able to try and connect them properly. I cannot recommend him and the team enough. Incredible patience and top notch customer service.

My family and I have always had such positive experiences. Most recently Mike and team were especially fantastic in helping my whole family. Mike even stayed late to help us out! This team will go above and beyond to help you and they are all wonderful. Thank you Mike!

Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service
I recently visited this store hoping to purchase a prepaid SIM card. When I walked in, all the sales associates were sitting together, and one male employee (a black man) greeted me briefly but then returned to looking at his phone. After noticing me waiting, he eventually put his phone down and asked how he could help.
I asked if they offered prepaid SIM cards for Bell, and he abruptly said that Bell doesn't offer prepaid SIMs. I mentioned I had purchased one at another location before, but couldn’t recall the exact place. At that point, his attitude became dismissive and sarcastic. Instead of trying to assist or offer alternatives, he began responding rudely and seemed visibly annoyed by my questions.
I explained that I was trying to top up a SIM card for a patient’s iPad so it could be used during a picnic, but he continued to be unhelpful, even making unnecessary comments that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. His colleague sitting nearby did nothing to step in or help either.
It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, especially when you're just looking for basic assistance. Customer service should be about helping people, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I left the store and went to the Rogers location nearby, where I received great service and was able to get the prepaid SIM I needed with no issues.
Because of this experience, I would not return to this store or recommend it to others.

I had the pleasure of working with Claude at Wirelesswave, and I can honestly say he went above and beyond to help me. I was applying for the Rogers healthcare worker discount, and Claude worked tirelessly to ensure my case was approved. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping me through the entire process.
Not only was he professional, but his attitude and customer service were exceptional. He made me feel heard and respected, and he followed up every step of the way. It’s rare to find someone so committed to doing their job with such care and kindness.
Claude, thank you so much for your hard work and support I truly appreciate it!

Fido shut down one of their wireless networks and that resulted in my phone having no connection. Fido was horrible to deal with to fix it! Adam at wireless wave went out of his way to get the problem fixed. He gets 5 stars for such an amazing level of customer service for a problem that was not created by his company. Thank you very much!
