I am a tourist. My vehicle had a break down and Northern Star Automotive team immediately took my vehicle and had it repaired before my leave date. Kudos to Northern Star! 2 day turn around and my vehicle purrs like a kitten. :) price is good. 👍 👍 2 thumbs up.

Took truck to shop to diagnose then back repair. 2 night 3 days and 1000 bucks LATER. The check engine light came right back on right way, same code came back on right after they "repaired" over charged and kept the vehicle longer then they said. TRUCK MISSFIRES ,and has same issues so literally got worse. They don't answer the phone ever. . And when I went into discuss what they did and how the Diagnostic and repair had not fixed anything the mechanic of course wasn't available. And WONT CALL BACK. Disappointing wouldn't return they still haven't fixed the first issue ?

Unbelievable customer and automotive service. I had my van towed here (for the first time and in an emergency) to have the fuel pump replaced and the mechanic was so great with helping get it fixed quickly and affordably. I never even met him in person but he was in contact by phone regularly to provide updates. I wish I lived in Mackenzie so I could really have a mechanic I trust. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Very happy customer
