“The Loghouse is a wonderful place. We booked for a weekend in July and couldn't have been more pleased with the hospitality, location, and friendliness of the owners.
The house is 40 meters from the General Store (worth a visit: delicious pastries, a good selection of drinks, and beautiful views) and the Halfmoon Bay pier.
The suite is spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom amenities. Breakfast items were provided in the refrigerator (milk, cream, juice, waffles, bread, fruit, maple syrup, butter, and yogurt), as well as shampoo, conditioner, extra blankets, a barbecue grill, and propane tanks.
The best part was meeting Charles and Vanessa. Their local knowledge, recommendations, and friendliness made our trip worthwhile! I can't thank you enough for your hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail (the cocoa cookies were delicious!). We will definitely be back as soon as possible. Thank you!”
