First time I've ever had an interaction with a cashier where I was completely ignored except to tell me the total. She just kept chatting away with her coworker friend in another language while I was doing the usual pleasantries.

They charge tax on gift cards!!!You do not pay taxes on gift cards in Canada.What a scam!!!Contacted 7/11 they said "whatever, buy somewhere else"!!!!!!!!!

This location has a problem with the ice cream freezer. Multiple times I've purchased Ben and Jerry's ice cream from them and it had clearly thawed at one point and refroze. It is completely crystalized and inedible. I've even told the employees before. Someone is going to get sick eating that ice cream.

SUPER rude on the phone, second time I tried to call back they answered the phone and it was just silence and then they hung up on me. Third time I tried to call just to ask if they had taquitos at this time they were extremely rude again.

They Do Not have Hazelnut Coffee Anymore they got this new machine that you touch and it dose coffee. So Sad that was why I went to 7 11 Good Bye 7-Eleven! Thank you for reading my review I hope you get the coffee back!

Slurpee machines are usually a mess when hot weather approaches and many people are using them. Other than that pretty standard 7-11.
