Good organization and I do support them. They care about animals and help to the best of their ability. I only wish they would answer their calls regularly. I was told I’d get a call back, but then was left to wait till they gave me the bad news over a week later as they did not return my calls. I still recommend them for animal wellbeing services!

Recently reached out about an injured stray trapped in my sisters yard in Maple Ridge. She had a gaping wound across her shoulder. Reached out to this location for help and was told to leave the cat outside… Lots of coyotes in this area (I told them this) and they were still no help. I reached out to another local shelter and they took kitty in right away. One of their employees named Annabelle recently posted on Facebook… Very dissapointing that they will not accept any strays. The comment section does say they will accept a stray in medical distress, yet they provided no assistance to us when we reached out for help. Reception was very nice when I initially called in so kudos to them.

Loving and wonderful place, nice staff!
I bring 2 kids to summer camp here and they have so much fun to get into b with the animal and free time outdoor.
We managed to visit couple of cats to be adopted soon and they are so cute

Firstly, very beautiful space for rescued/surrendered and adoptable animals. My family and I had a very enjoyable experience, sorry I've forgotten the name of the 2 women that helped us with the adoption process and meeting our new family member. It was an absolute pleasure and if I need a new family member first place I'm looking at.

They are in charge of Animal Welfare yet they only care about household pets. STEP DOWN. You’re working against the actual people who care for animals, the ones who do the dirty work to make the world a better place for those who can’t speak up for themselves. It’s sad that as an animal lover, I can’t support a place that claims they are doing good for animal welfare but they in fact do not.
