Had to go to the bank today, don't do that often these days. I had an issue with access to view my line of credit on my web banking, on my mobile ap. I was helped by Puneet. He was thoughtful, kind, and listened to my whole story without interruption. He has great insight to think about my situation and offer help based on my circumstances. He was always calm, and took everything in. I asked a lot of questions and he set my expectations well by saying first he would do x, then deal with the other stuff. He linked my line of credit to my card, to show on my ap, and reminded me twice to expect a delay before I would see it. And then proceeded to look into my other questions.Then he gave me a business card and wrote down the branches direct line!Thank you BMO, and Puneet, GREAT experience.That's customer service!Cheers,Brian

Deposited a bank draft and was told the funds would be on hold for 1 business day. I come back the next day and a different clerk tells me they won't give me the money I need for 4 more days. Banking here is a nightmare and I will be changing banks immediately.

This business is NOT friendly to LGBTQ+ individuals. I specifically visited the branch to update my legal name and flag the correct pronouns/prefixes to use when referring to me. Issues:- Mail is incorrectly prefixed, which I was told during an in person meeting at the branch would no longer occur. 12+ months later, the issue continues.- Call center staff misgender me and repeatedly misgender me even if corrected. This occurs for most calls - 4/5 in the past year.Canada updated its human rights legislation in 2016 and seven years later, BMO cannot get it right. Absolutely deplorable.

Absolutely horrendous service. The staff who attempted to help us had no knowledge and no understanding of any of our requests. I do not recommend using this bank and especially this branch. If I could rate a zero I would. It pains me to have to leave even a single star.

Front tellers are great. Financial investment team are horrible! I asked for very specific things in my investment. Was assured I was getting it. Found out I didn't. Was in the branch on a Saturday and left a message for my financing investor to call me Monday. ONE MONTH LATER I received a call back. WORST CUATOMER SERVICE. Definitely won't invest my hard earned money there again.

I had deposited money through the ATM, and had been doing this here for many years but the machine had malfunction this 1 time. I stopped by the next day to tell them what had happened and a few hours later, they had found my deposit and credited it to my account. The people there are super nice and especially Danielle, she is my favorite person, so sweet and kind.Dealing with money and life, there will always be curveballs.Thank you BMO for taking care of this for me. There are good stories as well but you dont hear them as much so I just wanted to share with yall.

I have had a rather decent experience so far, ONLY at this location. I was in another location in Abbotsford and I have never had a worse experience in my life at ANY bank I have been to.But these folks changed my perspective and changed my experience around. Brandon specifically. He is now taking care of my business banking needs and I trust I am in good hands. If anything changes I will update this review. Keep it up Brandon!

My bank card stopped working. I went for a replacement, and it took about 5 to 7 minutes. The young lady serving was helpful and pleasant. I just don't know why the card stopped working. ?

The manager is very rude, only cares about her self, she treated me very poorly considering I’m a business client of theirsI would think twice about doing business here, or conducting business with the manger, rude, dishonest, acting shady for what ever reason, over for a really bad vibe from this lady.BMO Please make sure your hiring qualified people for the job, your manager is all over the place and waisted valuable time of mine and was nothing but rude, hope you can adress this problem.Regards, Blake Forrest Edward

I came to this branch because of an identity fraud incident. Everyone I encountered at the branch was very friendly and helpful, even though I was not even a BMO client.Even after the incident, I needed to follow up and get documentation on the issue. The assistant branch manager I spoke with, Ava, went out of her way to help me. I am so grateful for the help and support I received from the staff here.

Getting money but the money didn’t come out and the receipt showed the moneys out! Try to call and need to wait 40-60 mins! Should have listen to change the bank! ???
