I have bought pet food from them for the last 3 years. The first receipt showed that 10th bag will be free . Than they changed the policy to 13th bag. I now found out that they reduce your bags bought count after 2 years , so even though I was nearing 13, they reduced it to 8 . I don’t find their business practises ethical, no where on their receipts does it state this policy that has an only known to them. They raised the price of dog food by a huge percentage ,and yet they gauge on the advertised free bag. I am never buying anything from their store again.

Loved the store, well layed out. Was a little disappointed in the recommendations for my pup on safe teething items. Was shown these big hard bones but was really shocked when the bone splintered into pieces within minutes of her chewing. I'm glad I was watching her so I was able to grab it but really pissed off. With that being said, the ladies were extremely polite, engaging and I don't hold them responsible. Might of been an old bone, it turned out well, however I'll stick to solid toys.

I visited the store on February 24th in the evening. I mention this because I did not catch the girls name.I hope you look up the schedule to see who the employeewas. I wanted to get my cat a new senior blend cat food with probiotic.She answered all my questions. She was wonderful. And my cat loves the food she suggested. Preformatin Ultra. ❤️
