Absolutely thrilled by my experience from start to finish with Boyd! I opened a claim for vandalism and the team at Boyd were fast to get me booked in and get the estimate approved by my adjuster. They communicated consistently via text (my choice of contact) and got me booked it for repairs quickly. My rental was coordinated and they picked me up right from Boyd. When I got my car back the repairs were stellar - you couldn't even tell it had any damage. Plus it was spotless. Lloyd and Darcy make a great team in the office along with their receptionist! They were easy to touch base with throughout the whole experience. Ideally I won't need to submit another claim anytime soon but if I have to I will happily and enthusiastically come back to this location!

I had a terrible experience with another shop fixing my car with ontario insurance. Darcy and team at BOYD helped me out big time and were super pleasant to deal with.
My car was detailed and returned cleaner then how I left it, amazing service and really feels like they care.
10/10 customer service

I brought my Jeep to this location after someone broke into my vehicle smashing my passenger side window. They were able to accept my vehicle very shortly after the incident and we're wonderful to deal with from go. They were very kind, personable and friendly. When I was making arrangements to pick up my vehicle they even offered to pick me up as I didn't have a vehicle to get me to the location. When I got the keys back to my Jeep it was cleaner than when I dropped it off. It was clear to me they took the time and care to ensure my vehicle was returned to me and pristine condition. I live in Abbotsford however I would travel to this location for their service alone.

I got in an accident a few weeks ago, someone else caused it and I thought it was going to be a headache to get my car repaired. I was wrong, Boyd made it easy and they made my car look like it just rolled off the factory floor. All the paint is perfect and the parts match up well. I would suggest using Boyd if you need body work on your vehicle. They even called me to update me along the way. Much appreciated, thanks Boyd!

Terrible experience dealing with the Manager Kevin on an ICBC claim. He was confrontational and not happy when anything he was suggesting was questioned in relation to his process. Also, was eager to surcharge at any possible chance he could. I went elsewhere and had a smooth repair with zero additional costs.
There are better options to choose from for body repair shops.

My friend has been going back and forth with these guys because apparently it’s hard to do the job properly the first time. I will be sure to direct people elsewhere from now on and I highly do not recommend going here.
