Excellent service at this Canada Post location! Shipping to the USA required extra steps, and the staff were so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Susan was amazing, and Sam was also very kind. We really appreciated the great tips and friendly attitude, even though we took a while.

Don't know why there's so many poor reviews, I do all my Etsy shipping from this post office and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful-just a few questions and they print a shipping label right there. No complaints here!!

I accidentally hit the "No" button when shown a helpfulness survey after my transaction, so just wanted to come to Google Review and let everyone know actually the service is great here and apologize to Monique (I think that was her name) that I hit the wrong button, and she was actually very helpful.
