Didn't even attempt to deliver my package, fake left a notice at my "door" (there was no notice) then told me that my package would not be able to be picked up a few days later... My package was paid for under express post and was supposed to be here today, ridiculous that they didn't even make an attempt at delivery then told me I wouldn't be getting my package for a few days when express post guarantees local shipping within 1-2 business days. The woman at the front desk gave me an extremely sassy reply that amounted to her just admitting she doesn't check mail once it's returned to the post office till well after she's closed up shop.
Edit 08/26/24: It has once again happened, another fake delivery attempt with another delivery card not left at my door nor post box, I am growing sick and tired of this post office and their insanely lazy employees, I will be seeking out contact with management or corporate as it is plainly unacceptable to have multiple packages not delivered throughout the year especially when they have all been xpresspost purely due to employee negligence! Frankly, this office needs to be entirely retrained or find an entire locations worth of new employees, as its not just the drivers who are lazy and dont feel like doing their jobs but also the people behind the counter, I am still mad about the lady telling me "I don't check returned mail till I feel like getting at it, which is usually not till I'm about to finish my shift" meaning even if you do decide to go manually pick up your package that should have been there that day, you might not even be able to claim it till the next day if not later!

Have been on hold for 30 minutes. I hear them talking and laughing and still nobody picked up the phone! This service is garbage.

I accidentally hit the "No" button when shown a helpfulness survey after my transaction, so just wanted to come to Google Review and let everyone know actually the service is great here and apologize to Monique (I think that was her name) that I hit the wrong button, and she was actually very helpful.

The ladies working here are always most friendly, helpful and efficient.The post office is inside the London Drugs store and sells all the usual post office things as well as some nice prepaid post cards which our friends and family love receiving.
