Satisfied with the tellers, but the location has 0 directory services to aid you with where you need to go, and the guy who's on an island desk infront of the door is impatient, rude and is unapproachable.

I don't usually use teller service but today I had excellent service with Nina. She was patient and showed what real customer service is all about. Took the time to make sure my questions were answered and issues addressed.
