Looks like they need to fix their own cars first since one of their staff driving a Craftsman Collision branded car had broken turn signals when they weren't using them at all while driving on the Golden Ears Bridge from Maple Ridge to 96 Ave. Watched them merge right in front of me and then left without using any turn signals while slowing down to merge and going 65km instead of 80km. Also something which looked like a oil cap was dangling off on the side of their vehicle. Shame on a business which says they'll fix cars when they can't even make sure their vehicles are in good shape on the roads.

I chose this autobody shop based on the positive reviews I found online, but unfortunately my experience was far from good.
I brought my car in to repair a scratch, and they kept it for about a week. When I picked it up, the paint job had several issues: they hadn’t removed the glass before painting, which left an ugly line on the finish, there was a white stain on the paint that couldn’t be polished out, and the clear coat had visible dirt and imperfections.
I brought the car back and was told to wait a full month for the paint to “cure” before they could polish it. I argued that the white stain wouldn’t come out with polishing, but they assured me it would. After waiting the month and returning, they admitted that the car would need to be repainted. This was extremely frustrating because it could have been addressed properly the first time.
On the second attempt, they removed the glass and repainted the car. The result was better than the first job, but still not perfect as promised. I had to return again for polishing, which improved the look, but the overall finish was still not at the level of quality I expected.
The manager told me he would follow up with the painter and get back to me, but it has now been almost 2 months and I have never heard anything.
To be fair, the staff was always polite and easy to deal with, but unfortunately the quality of the work was not quite there. Overall, the initial job was poorly done, and while the second attempt was “acceptable,” it took far too much back and forth, wasted time, and repeated visits to get to that point. The service quality and communication did not match the expectations set by the reviews.

My car was finished earlier than expected. So that's nice. And it looks good. Like it was never damaged in the first place. As far as I can tell they've done a great job. Thanks you guys

Super impressed with the work done at Craftsman Collision.
The staff are super friendly and the service was quick. Paul was extremely helpful and the staff managed to put a smile on my face during a somewhat stressful time.

We had a family member bump into our car and needed the bumper repaired and painted. From the first visit where they squeezed us in for the estimate, to working around our schedule for the repairs, it was painless and the car looks great! Thanks!

Came in with a broken trim piece on my dodge grand caravan. Was terrified of having a high cost, as maple ridge Chrysler quoted me $750. Made an appointment with craftsman collision the day before and came in with Nuno fixing my trim in 5 minuets, and at no cost! Amazing customer service, amazing company, amazing people. Thanks!

went to use them for a bit and run claim, they were AMAZING at first, had me come in for them to take photos and submit etc.. called me not long after and told me my claim was approved AND that my deductible WAS WAIVED and i clarified on the phone that it was WAIVED and they said it was.. so i take my car in and it was fixed in no time, go to pick it up and they CHARGE ME the deductible. ross the one who told me it was waived pretended like he had no idea what i was talking about. after i pay and leave the shop, i call ICBC give them all my info and tell them exactly what happened and ICBC told me my claim is still under investigation and craftsman should’ve never told me my deductible was waived only to charge me at time of pickup. this definitely happened because i’m young and they 100% took advantage of that. i will never use this auto shop again.

Used this location for 2 claims and they were wonderful! Norma was so kind and explained the whole process. Helped me with paperwork and the whole team was so helpful. This would always be my 1st choice for repairs.

They got me in promptly. Set me up with a courtesy truck, communicated well, and finished two days early. A quick and painless process. Very satisfied with the service I received.
