It was a pleasure to do business with Cypress Auto Brokers. Both Aaron and Zabi were polite, professional, trustworthy, and accommodating. At no time did we feel pressured. They have a “no frills” car lot but our experience was far better than any we’ve had at big name dealerships. We came away feeling happy with our purchase and would highly recommend.

This is the first time in my life I have ever walked away from an automobile purchase feeling good about how it went. We purchased a 12 passenger Ford Transit 350 XL for our non-profit from Zabi. He was kind, considerate and professional. There was no attempt at upsell, and we purchased the van plus extended warranty for a fair and reasonable price. These vans are hard to come by and this could have very easily been a different experience. The deal only took an hour or so. I am very pleased with our purchase. The van runs great (so far) and the extended warranty was essential and our choice to purchase - it wasn't pushed on us.

Zabi is great, very calm, friendly with great customer service and no sales pressure, he understood our concerns with vehicle we were buying and he rectified them. Will recommend this place to anyone planning to buy.

Just bought my 2023 Leaf from Cypress auto broker. Aaron is very friendly and not pushy at all. The price is very fair and the service is much better than the dealership. Highly recommended this place if you are looking to buy your next car =)

They sold us a vehicle that needed a new engine and transmission. The additional insurance we purchased didn’t cover the engine which cost $10,000 and only partially covered the transmission. We didn’t know there were any issues until we got it on the highway. They took zero responsibility for what happened. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I've had nothing but good experience with the crew here, I had a Honda CRV that was the best car I've owned and now a Tacoma that is also very clean and hassle free. They're honest and will do everything to get what you need. highly recommended.

Cypress Auto Brokers is far better than all other dealerships I visited when making my purchase for my pre-owned vehicle. My experience with Cypress Auto Brokers was one of ease. I felt no pressure, just helpful, kind staff. Within 2 hours I had test driven a car, had financing completed (at no charge) and drove home with my new car. Aaron was incredibly helpful with any questions, showed me all of the features on the car and I felt like royalty at the end of the purchase.
