I am a regular at this liquor store for the past several years. I love the way I’ve been treated. I love the points program so I can go in and get a $20 gift voucher for the pub but I do have to say the last couple of times I went in, I thought that been wearing too much perfume as I’m allergic to certain fragrances and sense. But tonight I realize that it’s a diffuser. If you like using them in your home, I find out perfectly fine, but I’m finding it really hard to come into the liquor store and buy my booze because I can’t breathe anymore. Please turn it down or get rid of it. Send free environment.

There is a level of discrimination and profiling here. When I go and use my Coast Capital bank card I tap and all is fine. When my husband goes in and uses my card he is told "NO YOU CANT TAP THAT CARD IT WONT WORK. PLEASE INSERT." Why is it ok for me but not him. Profiling that's why. That is discriminatory and bordering on civil liability. It is my RIGHT to send my husband in with my card and you have no right lying to him that "those cards don't tap here" Shame on you all who have attempted that garbage.

There were some rougher customers hanging around outside and I noticed that the person serving me looked uncomfortable, I asked him if everything was okay and he automatically asked me in a very rude way if I was intoxicated “for making a comment like that.” I understand having to work in uncomfortable situations but it felt unnecessary to be questioned like that for showing genuine concern. Will shop elsewhere next time.

I am constantly having issues here, I find that they have become regularly inconvenient. I've seen employees borrow people bottles until they have the money for it but when i get there two minutes before eleven they literally run towards the door and make sure they lock it as I'm about to walk in- while there's people inside purchasing alcohol?In all honesty that kind of stuff just makes me feel like I'd rather not come here to purchase my drinks, I'm a usual here and I have spent so much money at this location... I just don't seem to understand why some people are given a certain type of customer treatment and others are not
