I took my 2023 Silverado in for a flat repair and the technician put several deep grooves in my wheel all the way around. Other than being dirty from winter in Canada, my wheels were in “like new” condition prior to visiting Kal Tire. There’s no way the technician didn’t notice they did this when they gave it back to me like this. To Kal Tire’s credit, when I reported it they put my spare on and sent my wheel out for refinishing at their expense. Unfortunately when it came back it wasn’t repaired properly and they had to send it to be refinished again. It’s been a couple weeks since my original flat repair and I’m still waiting for my wheel. Meanwhile my truck is beeping and flashing lights at me constantly because there’s no tire sensor on the wheel with the spare. I understand that mistakes happen (although this one shouldn’t happen at a professional tire shop), but I’m running out of patience. I will update my review once my truck is finally back to the condition it was in before taking it to Kal Tire.
Update: Kal Tire received my wheel back from refinishing and was able to squeeze me in today to have it put back on, along with patching another tire that must have happened in the same place as the original incident and just took a while to leak. The Management at this location was great to deal with after the damage caused by their location, and I didn’t pay anything for both tire repairs (or the wheel refinishing). Although I am still disappointed by the incident, I will change my rating from 1 star to 2 stars for Kal Tire making it right after the fact. I appreciate their customer service.

Outstanding experience! Our car broke down in the parking lot outside Kal Tire. They were able to diagnose the problem, and when further review showed the issue was less serious than originally thought, they had the integrity to pass the savings on to me without question. I would bring my car back in a heartbeat!

Came in with a flat tire and was using my spare. They fixed the flat quickly (about 30 minutes) and put it back on for me. Great service and great staff!!

Let's just say, they are the best. They know exactly what they are doing, will give you a good deal, and set you on your way with safety as priority one. I have another Kal location about 3 minutes walk from my place, but I drive way out of my way to go to the Maple Ridge location.

I went to fountain tire before coming to Kal tire, fountain tire was rude, and cold. Will never go back to them.
Went to Kal-tire, got a friendly greeting, and they took my truck in right away, and called me when it was ready, gave me their recommendations and even took the time to educate me on what I didn't understand, I left happy.
You guys have a customer for life!

I had an extremely positive experience during today’s visit to Kal Tire. Cam, the person who booked my tire repair was knowledgeable and helpful answering all my questions, giving me different options regarding future tire purchases. I would highly recommend this location.
