I love shopping at Laces Haney place mall! My favorite store,Very clean professional service. Prices are very reasonable! Great selection. Really great fun clothes! Tamara's Bitastic! A word I made up that means awesome and great.

If you open at 10, open at 10. Don’t be sitting at A&W drinking coffee while potential customers wait. I left after 15 minutes and bought shoes for myself and my kids elsewhere

I honestly love our maple ridge location. I just adore the staff, the customer service is FANTASTIC and they always have a great selection. I am shocked that they don’t have a 5 star google rating because imo they’re one of the great last standing small businesses with genuine customer service & care.

Went there to get some shoes for my kiddo. My ex usually does the clothing shopping for our boy and I didn't even know his shoe size. Tamara was very helpful and great with my kid. We found the perfect DC shoes for a good price. The store has a nice selection of shoes and some unique clothing. Recommend this place

Found skateboard style shoes here i couldnt find anywhere else. Tried on a few sizes and very helpfull service there got me the size i needed and also offered to bring in my size if they didnt have it in my style. Will return again. 5 star customer service

This store is archaic. They do no refunds. Only in-store credits. I personally will never shop there again!!Since there is no where to respond, I will here. I’m not sure of which sign you’re speaking of because I’ve shopped there quite a bit in the past and never noticed it and it’s never been mentioned by your staff. Something maybe they should point out especially since you are the only store I can think of that doesn’t do refunds.Is there a reason you guys don’t do refunds?I think educating a customer is better than putting words in their mouth.
