The customer care I received was outstanding. Harkarn was so polite, respectful, efficient, patient and easy to understand. This last point is crucial to myself, 70 years old, but often confused with today's technology. Not today though.......Harkarn was fantastic.
My experience was a 10/10.

I got a new replacement phone from this store (Westgate). There was no line up. I was very pleased with the service provided by Keagan. He was friendly, very helpful and took the time to answer my questions and helped me set up my new phone.

I was having problems with telus (what a horrible experience) so I decided to leave koodo. Gavin and his coworker (didn't get his name) are the best. Never had such fantastic customer service anywhere before! I even got a better phone plan for the same cost as koodo. I 100% recommend this location. Thanks guys! 5 stars to you!!!
