    I had a terrible experience at this branch due to a significant error made by the staff, which messed up my account. When I tried to address the issue, neither the branch manager Michael nor his assistant Parm took responsibility. They were both rude and didn't even apologize for their mistake.     This bank has employees that are outstanding and do way over board with there work load, they are polite, honest, helpful, trustworthy, reliable, cheerful bunch I'm grateful to have a bank sp friendly I can depend on thank you ?
