I came in on Nov. 2 to validate a lottery ticket I won 35 dollars on and she refused to cash it in for my husband. I went to another store and was told she HAS to pay it out because she validated it. I went back and went in myself and demanded she pay it out. She claimed they are not allowed to pay it out over 50 dollars. Well well ...this is 35 dollars. Rude little girl she was. Will never be going back. And yes..I demanded she pay it out and she did in the end. Stop selling lotto if you can't pay out smaller tickets!!

Your employees need to come to work showered and presentable, the shell on 203 is not big enough to dilute the smell that your employee brings in.

Store door was closed and it was window service at 9:30pm. Pretty early, we didn't bother.

The woman was extremely rude and yelled at me leaving the store. Gift card would not work after paying and told me to just wait. I will never go back and will tell everyone my experience.

I am absolutely delighted with the exemplary customer care I received at this establishment! I came to full up prior to my departure on a road trip to Kelowna....accidentally left my purse by pump. The staff at the Shell....primarily Alam....took it upon himself to search for me...he utilized the phone number to find me which was both ingenious and highly appreciated...I wish fir him to be recognized as an outstanding asset to both his employ and the world...please acknowledge his efforts!

Stay away from these cheap individuals. They try to charge to put air in your tire, I doubt the gas they sell comes without water.

This Shell at the corner of 203rd and Lougheed Hwy in Maple Ridge was like all other Shell Gas Stations...HOWEVER... the male staff member working this particular night (0518/20 @ 12:30am) was exceptional! He was friendly, personable, he was understanding and was willing to do whatever he could with in reason to please the Customer.
