I was previously told by multiple employees that the Shell store is open until 10pm. I got there few minutes before that tonight, tried to get in: doors locked. I desperately needed to use washroom, I was told that I’m not allowed in because they actually close the doors at 9:45pm.
Why is the station not serving the public as per their policy in return of the thousands of dollars we spend here in a year???
Very upsetting!!! Will not spend a dollar more here and I will spread the word to all my friends and acquaintances!

I buy things from here regularly and asked to use the bathroom the employee says something like someone left the key in the bathroom. I was trying to figure out if someone was using the washroom or someone left the key in there. She says someone left the key in there and she can't open it because she "just started her shift" the other employee barks that someone left the key in there and they "need to figure it out." They have a key that opens the bathroom I asked how are you going to get the key then she rudley tells me "I just started my shift" like ok your on the clock and can't let a paying customer use the washroom? Not going back, rude employees who barely speak English and don't let you use the washroom even if you buy things.

1230 pm saturday July 13th girl working decided keep 5 customers standing in hot heat for 15min while mopping, while all pumps almost full. Best and Friendliest Shell Station I've been in. Kamal and Ravleen always says "Hi" and always smiling. Lots of options for buying snacks and of course getting gas. Always a treat going in and will & have recommend for my friends and family to go to this station!
