The car wash was very expensive and did a horrible job. I paid $18 and when I got home I saw that my car was covered in a dirty film like the water was very dirty. I'll never waste my money at this car wash again.

Car wash is slow and always a huge line up. You are forced to go inside to buy a ticket (to lure you into buying something else in store) but theres another line up because they are understaffed with only one worker meanwhile others skip the line to buy a ticket because they try to get you to buy a multiwash pack (which expires by the way). Upto 10 minutes per Car in the wash lineup, so I decided to leave and come back to find the car wash now is out of service with no timeline or explanation or refund....honestly go elsewhere, save your money and time...its not worth it.

Carwash broke. I ask for refund. Their machine is broken to add back to my card. Told them just pass me cash. He says no its refunded. Gives me a receipt. I go home and its the wrong receipt and i never got refunded. Shitty car wash broke while waiting 30 minutes and incompetent workers that couldnt refund me. 0 stars wouldn’t recommended getting a drink carwash or gas from this gas station.

Weird to get in and out of the staring.. and onto roads..also need to park..go i to the cashier.. pay them for back and move into the car wash lane..kinda dumb..waste of time and frustrating

Beautifully updated with touch screens at the pumps. The staff are always kind and while the car wash is not perfect( just wash your car by hand if you want perfection) it does the job and helps clean dirt and grime away. My Jag has been happy when going here for all these needs!

Terrible. Poor customer service, slow pumps. Service attendant shuts off pumps without notice. I've been bringing my buisness here for 5 years. Today will be the last time.

I’ve had consistently good experiences at this gas station. The pumps are well-maintained and the location is convenient. The store is clean and stocked with essentials, which makes it a good stop if I need something quickly. Staff are courteous and efficient, making the overall visit quick and hassle-free. I trust this station for my regular fuel needs.

I was previously told by multiple employees that the Shell store is open until 10pm. I got there few minutes before that tonight, tried to get in: doors locked. I desperately needed to use washroom, I was told that I’m not allowed in because they actually close the doors at 9:45pm.
Why is the station not serving the public as per their policy in return of the thousands of dollars we spend here in a year???
Very upsetting!!! Will not spend a dollar more here and I will spread the word to all my friends and acquaintances!
