I recently got some photos printed at the Staples Photo Lab in Maple Ridge and was really happy with the results. Their prices were way better than other places I checked out. It took a little longer than I expected for the photos to be ready, but it was totally worth the wait. Overall, I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for affordable photo printing.

Worst experience, employee doesnt know what they are doing ! Dont come here to drop off your packages ! Waited like 40 minutes and they told me that u can just drop here the package. Seriously they could let me know that before ! 😑

Oh the rudeness of these people. For an Amazon return, which you can do at the cashier, they sent me back to the shipping/copying line (12-15 people waiting), when they weren't busy at the till! The person at the till was rude and needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.

Every time I am forced to come here I remember why I try so hard to avoid it. Staff are terrible. The printing department and shipping centre is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. Stay away if you can.

I asked the cashier about faxing a document. I was directed to a self serve fax machine that did not work. The copy center employee knew that it didn't work but why pass the information to the cashier. Instead let the customer wait in a lineup at the copy center. Customer service is not job 1 at Staples it is probably not job 21.

N different lines. If you want shipping and printing, you stand in two lines. One for printing and another for shipping although it's the same area and staff .... And the lines go very slow and long.....

The manager that was working tonight named Angie should be fired. Absolutely horrible customer service. I was told shut up because I asked a question. She's a horrible manger. The cashier is in training and this is who is teaching him?? No wonder customer service is out the window these days.. Horrible service from that Manger. Other experiences there have been amazing.
