The jewelry Margaret Graine creates in her studio at House of Jasper is brilliant. She has a gift for creating unique designs. I have several pieces and keep going back for more.

It is a very special experience to visit House of Jasper, the studio of Margaret Graine. Both the work place and her creations reflect a deep reverence for Nature. And-- you can take a bit of the beauty home!

House of Jasper was a real treat to discover nestled in the heart of the gorgeous Robson Valley. We found an amazing collection of contemporary handmade silver jewelry in the artist's lovely studio. Highly recommended and well worth a visit to McBride.
Margaret Graine, an award-winning designer creates contemporary, one-of-a-kind jewelry using silver and gemstones. Her designs are inspired by her travels into the remote wilderness of northern B.C. “For some artists, place does not matter”, says Margaret. “However, if you are inspired by rivers, stones, glaciers and pine trees, the location of your studio matters a lot.” This is why she relocated from Toronto to McBride, where she established the House of Jasper Silver Studio. Her work has been exhibited at juried shows and galleries. Currently her work is available at the Vernon Public Art Gallery shop, Crafthouse - Granville Island, and the Whistle Stop Gallery in McBride.
