My repair was handled efficiently and quickly, and the end result is like brand new including an inside/outside clean that almost felt like it had been detailed. No one would even know all the damage that deer did!! And really importantly they were incredibly professional, and super warm and friendly. I felt confident leaving it in their hands snd I felt well looked after. Haha and their take-home advertising pens write very well!”

“I pulled in after camping in the Shuswap for 4 days, and my 2021 bronco with turbo wasn't running right. I was worried I wasn't going to make it home safely to the lower mainland. They were busy, cars in the shop, on the hoist, and sitting outside. But they made time for me, checked out my vehicle, plugged in the scanner, took it for a little drive, while letting us come in the office for some AC, and let my son use the bathroom. They told me what was wrong, but being a specialty part they can't get it right away. They gave me tips and guidance to get home safely, and what to ask the next shop to fix. When I went to pay for be diagnostic fee, they said don't worry about it. Get home safely. 10/10 in my books!”

“On the last day of our 2 week long road trip our check engine light started flashing. We pulling into Merritt to try to find a place to diagnose & fix the problem. We went to 3 repair shops that said they were booked out for a week and couldn't even hook up the computer to test for the problem. We pulled into Frank's place at lunchtime. Someone came out & said that they also were swamped, but after lunch they would have someone come out & check it out & if it was a quick fix, they might be able to help. A mechanic came out and tested the engine and determined it was a misfire in one of the spark plugs/flue injector , but found there were no replacement parts in town. He opened the hood to check to plug & snapped it back into place. We had been driving on lots of backroads & it appears it had come loose! So for just the price of a computer diagnosis, we were able to get back on the road & head home. Frank's saved our day & trip. We will always be greatful for a business that took a few minutes out of their very busy schedule to help out a customer in need. They are the best.”

“If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Our family of 5 was on our way to Alberta and broke down between Merritt and hope on the Canada Day long weekend. Called around and when Roscos owner Russ heard our plight and that we had a 16 month old baby in tow agreed to help
And look at the car. The tow driver on the way there said we were going to a reliable shop. He was right! Roscos diagnosed the problem and was able to fix our radiator and get us back on the road. He called when he said he would and even though we were desperate only fixed what was needed and charged a very fair price! Saved our trip!”
