I stopped in here to grab fuel and use the washroom during a long drive, its the 3rd time I've stopped at this place because I'm to brain dead to remember how disgusting the bathrooms are here, the men's urinals have not been cleaned probably ever, so nasty, and stinky, I need to set a perimeter alarm on my GPS to remind me never to stop here, all that nastiness from the unclean bathrooms transfers all over the rest of the store I'm sure, gross, do better.

Ev chargers...one is down and the other is at 10 percent.
My journie started in penticton with non working chevron ev charger. Than merrit with the same and finally 100 mile house with the same...non working. I forgot to check williams lake when I finally got home. But I would be shocked if it were working. Quite the journie chevron! Thankyou!

Very disappointed with the store inside this gas station. We bought cinnamon rolls, and after our child ate one, we noticed the second had mold. We checked another pack at the counter, but it also had mold, and so did a third one.
The staff was polite and apologized multiple times. I asked for a refund, which she gave without hesitation. After that, she checked other packages on the shelf and brought us one without mold. We took that pack but ended up throwing away half of it because we didn’t trust its freshness.
This situation is unacceptable and puts customers’ health in serious danger. Moldy food can cause allergic reactions, infections, and other health complications—especially for children who are more vulnerable. My child unknowingly consumed moldy food, and I am deeply concerned about the potential harm.
The store must take immediate and concrete steps to ensure proper storage and handling of bakery products. Ignoring such issues is negligent and endangers customers. This cannot be brushed off as “sometimes happens.”
To other customers: please be cautious when buying bakery items here. Inspect packages carefully and don’t assume freshness — your health and your family’s health could be at risk.

Thanks for nothing Chevron Merritt. At 440am this morning, my vehicle encountered an alert which required me to purchase DEF fluid. After googling which stations in Merritt were open at that time of day, I was relieved to find the Chevron is open 24/7. Headed straight there and found doors locked, all lights on and sign on door stating open 24/7.
Pressed the bell at the window for service and also called the station to no avail.
Thank you to Super Save for being open, having what I needed including a clean washroom and very friendly service from Denny!

On July 1st, while traveling to Kelowna, I visited your gas station to fill up my tank, as I always choose Chevron for its convenience and reliability. However, a serious safety hazard at this location turned my routine stop into a costly nightmare.
Your station was bustling that day, but after filling up, I carefully maneuvered my car forward—only to hear a sickening scrape. A low, square-shaped metal post near the pump, nearly invisible from the driver’s seat, caused significant damage to my rear door. I’m now facing a hefty bill to replace it, and my insurance held me 100% responsible, leaving me to cover the expensive repairs out of pocket.
This isn’t just my loss—it’s a wake-up call. I visited other Chevron stations on my return trip and noticed they use taller, rounded posts that are far more visible and driver-friendly. Your current setup is a hidden danger, putting every customer at risk of costly damage or even injury.
Please take immediate action to replace these hazardous low, square posts with taller, rounded ones to prevent further incidents. Your customers deserve a safe and stress-free experience at your station. I urge you to address this issue promptly to protect others from the frustration and financial burden I’ve endured.

I went to get fuel that day. I had a scratch lotto ticket reward on my Journie account as a reward for points I earned. I went into the store to pay for fuel. I requested my reward for the free scratch ticket. The cashier scanned my card and told me I didn’t have a reward on my account for any ticket. Then I noticed on my app later that day an unauthorized transaction occurred on my account at that exact location . I suspect there is some kind of dishonest activity going on in that store, it’s best to bring in the reward code on the app, not just the physical card. 3 days later called the store to inquire about the unauthorized transaction, was subsequently disconnected and could not access management services.
