Amazing service. Carson checked my hearing and updated my hearing aids. I’ve had them for about 7 years and he has provided free service all these years. I recommend him to anyone who thinks they need testing.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional care I received from Carson Tiede at Hearing Care Clinic in Duncan. Late last month, I woke up with sudden hearing loss in one ear and experienced severe vertigo the next day. Carson was able to see me quickly, conduct a thorough hearing test, and immediately recognized the urgency of my situation. He advised me to see my doctor right away to start treatment — advice that was truly life-altering.
Thanks to Carson’s knowledge, professionalism, and prompt action, I was able to begin treatment in time, and my hearing has since improved. My family doctor subsequently confirmed that without such timely intervention, my hearing might not have recovered.
Carson’s team were also incredibly helpful and empathetic throughout the process. I’m deeply grateful for their care and highly recommend Hearing Care Clinic to anyone needing hearing assessment or support.

We had an absolutely superb experience at this hearing care clinic. Carson was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. They knew their products inside and out and provided clear, informative support. We were travelling from Australia, and the service we received here—especially the expert cleaning of the hearing aid—was better than anything we’ve had at home. Truly outstanding care and support. Highly recommended!

Came in for a hearing test for an aviation medical requirement. Very nice office and friendly receptionist. The Doctor Carson did a fast and thorough test. Great experience, I would totally recommend and I’ll be going there for any other hearing needs! Cheers

I visited the Hearing Care Clinic for an audiogram. The whole visit went extremely smoothly and quickly. From the checking in to the appointment itself it was a very good first experience. If you need to get an audiogram done or anything hearing related checked on I would strongly suggest visiting Carson and the rest of the team.

Absolutely fantastic experience! I recently visited this Mill Bay Hearing clinic to have some stubborn ear wax removed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable the moment I walked in.
The dog Wilson was also a nice surprise!
The procedure was quick and painless, and results were immediate - I can hear much better! Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of ear care. A+ service all around
