Place is an absolutle joke. Complete lack of service. No acknowledgement that they are 60+ minutes behind schedule. No communication with people waiting. They have a sign inside the office that tells you you're waiting time but they don't let people in the office so how would you know? Being understaffed is fine but being ignorant to people waiting who have made appointments or have checked in online is inexcusable.

Through a complicated health journey, I have met many setbacks. My lifelabs visit helped to restore a feeling of safety. Thank you for validating my experience. I felt seen and heard by you and this means more than my words in this review can express. Again, thank you for your kindness.

When I walked in the lady at the front was very helpful and despite them about to go on lunch break they still took me in. The tech was very friendly too. Very helpful and I didn’t wait at all to get my X-rays :)

This place has gone so far down hill! Long time local resident and I am appalled at the rudeness of the staff. They have a sign that says they won't tolerate rudeness by patients, but they forgot to read it themselves. I'm looking around now for a different location to get lab work done, and funny thing is most of the others don't have much better ratings. These supposed caring staff are not so nice. LifeLabs needs to send them all to niceness camp.

My Doctor gave me blood work for hormone testing and the person working thought she wanted a vitamin D3 test along with the testing which cost me $65. My doctor didn't request that test be done and I didn't even get the hormone blood work done because of the error. So I'm out $65.

A receptionist at their x-ray facility refused to accept a cancer patient for a 1 minute long plain chest x-ray, because she was "about to have her lunch within 10 minutes". This is cruel and ingnorant to my opinion.
