The employees are kind and I appreciate they didn't make me feel silly despite being my first time sending out some letters. So 5 stars for this specific location. Hopefully their service will continue like this and keep improving.”

I was guided through the process with great patience and empathy at the post office in Shawnigan Lake. The staff were very welcoming and made the process very easy for me. I very much appreciate the kindness and warmth and left the post office feeling really glad we had moved to Shawnigan lake.”

“This post office has been here for years! Staff has been pleasant for as long as i can remember. The building always brings back fond memories of when my parents moved to the area back in the mid 80's and we would go to pick up packages during the holidays.”

Two women from America had their underwear stolen from a place near the sea. It seems like they're family, but I don't really meet my family that much, so I don't know.
I wasn't allowed to buy my own women's pants.
