Quite literally the worst Timmy's ever. Worst service, they mess up my food all the time, no sense of interpersonal skills, and the manager condones it and sets the pace. I'm going to record the service I get, next time, and send it to head office. You're welcome. Greg.

Why can't I just get what I ordered? I used to love going to Timmy's. Love their new selection of sandwiches.....Unfortunately i stopped going because they just can't get the drink orders right? Not worth it to spend $3 on a coffee or tea when you don't know if it will be the way you ordered it?

The manager, Logan, was shockingly rude and unhelpful. Instead of determining if my wrap would have mushrooms in it, he told me I should just order something else. When I suggested to him that, as the manager, he should be able to answer that type of question for me (especially since some out there may have food allergies or unique requirements) he became quite disgruntled and asked "are you going to order something or not?!". He wouldn't even give me his first name when I asked, another employee said it. After this, he became even more aggravated, and started mocking me, repeating when I was saying. This actually happened.I genuinely feel bad for anyone working for him. Perhaps Logan should find a job that doesn't require dealing with the public, for everyone's sake. Completely unacceptable.

Extremely bad service every time….gave it the last try, will never come back. The blonde manager is the worst…she is ignorant to any complaints or comments about dissatisfactory service. We had to wait for our two drinks and a doughnut for 10 minutes….and remind them about two out of three items multiple times….

Well it was a rude woman on the headset snapping at me and interrupted me twice while I was trying to tell her my order. I told the young man at the window she was rude. So I didn't get my order they changed it. I ordered a turkey BLT and was given just a BLT and I ordered a medium almond milk latte with vanilla and was given a large plain latte with regular milk. Wasted money and timeWell done.

This Tim Hortons has gone downhill since I first moved to Mill Bay 4 years ago. It takes forever to be served at the order counter. The seating area is always in a mess. Tables not being cleaned, junk and food waste on the floor. The noise level made from the workers behind the counter is often loud and disturbing. I'm all in for employees enjoying their work time but the chatter is too much.

I don't understand why the the manager is so rude..There's literally zero reason to be as rude as she is always.I've tried to say hi and say thank you every time. And I today was trying to quickly chat with the assistant manager I the drive thru and she was extremely rude. To the point of I am now saying something.I noticed it beg but decided she was just a mean person. But that lady needs to find something else to do if she hates it there to the point of being a horrible person to a regular customer.There was absolutely no reason for it and honestly if she was working for me i would instantly fire her. Extremely unprofessional attitude towards customers.Just ordering a coffee and nothing out of the normal gets you a rude .. yup. I don't expect a smile but I absolutely expect at least not being a person I'd never want to speak to.Horrible horrible horrible service.She's also rubbing off in the other employees there. Because there manager is extremely rude they are to.They don't want to work. Them get a job you don't serve people.I've managed a store In Edmonton and we would have let her go right away.Timhortons absolutely does not accept tat kind of behavior from managementHead office and the people I do know will have a look at this store soon enough after I make sure they do..Ps to that manager you didn't realize I knew people that can sort your issues for your employment.If she's an franchise owner she will have a worse time .. good luck.

As a former fast food employee I’m really disappointed in Tim Hortons in recent years. Only item thats actually decent anymore on the menu are the doughnuts and the drinks, if they can make them right that is. I got a plain bagel and a coffee here as I usually do in the mornings and came home with the bagel soggy like it’d been in a shower. Turns out they had made a bagel beforehand with cream cheese and to clean the cream cheese off they dump the knife into “cleaning water” which looked like it had dent been clean in a while. McDonalds and A&W are so much better options which are right there. Please don’t waste your money at this Tim Hortons

Customer service here is non-existent. Girl on the drive thru speaker seems totally disinterested and rude. Even at the window she looks miserable. The young guy at the window who handed me the food was friendlier.

Employee that served us was VERY rude!! Told me that I was rude for asking what coffees she put down as I asked for a sleeve for one. Told us to feel free not to come back as we walked out.Absolutely ridiculous service.
