Been to this location multiple times they've denied me the right to use my journey card saying that I can't use it there. Preventing me from acquiring my points and discounts.

Bikram works at this gas station and he is super helpful, kind, and always ready to help. He goes above and beyond every time. Great guy and great service! Please give him a raise — he truly deserves.

Fas Gas on London Avenue has always been the gas station I frequent at most. This location is pretty convenient too. I never had any problems getting gas there. One of the employees there even showed me how to redeem my Journie points and saved $20 in gas. So I highly recommend this gas station location.

Terrible service I come to the station all the time as it's close to my place try to return some motor oil that was the wrong oil for my vehicle they acted like they've never seen me before and claimed that I could be changing the motor oil for bad oil and trying to return it this isn't the case clearly the bottle was brand new and never been open when I asked them for corporate number they started acting like they didn't speak English all the sudden will never use this station again I'm going to make a complaint with corporate they need better people to deal with customers

Fas Gas or as I like to call it "Slow Gas" has the worst debit/credit machines at the pump. It never taps my credit card then it beeps at you forever. Yuck not a fan of this gas station.

My friend pressed to pay for regular gas but was charged a premium price. Now no one wants to help him or willing to give his money back. It's been a week already and still no help from management or HR.

On Monday, July 23rd, approximately 8:35 pm, I was trying to pay $50 for the price of 134.9 per Litre. Instead, the pump glitched out and charged me for premium price of 154.9 per L instead. I'm filing a complaint against this gas station, but the manager keeps dodging behind the employees instead of fixing the problem.I want my money back, and I will not stop until they reimburse me for scamming me out of my gas money.Forget contacting the manager, we should call the police for this kind of false advertising.

When I'm in Mission, this is my number one spot I hit to get gas. It's always the cheapest priced gas I see in the Lower Mainland.The only setback in my regular experiences here is that when going inside to pay before filling up my tank, I have at times been waiting for nothing because of a distracted cashier on her iPhone. Nothing but a time waster when that happens.
